Summary
Raelyn Croft was once a normal girl, until she wrote a letter to Austin Carlile. When wrote back, and even visited her, her life was flipped on its head. First her mom was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, then her grandmother was, and then her dad took it a step to far.
Ryan Croft shot his own daughter, but Rae survived it. He drove off without a look behind him. Rae thought her problems were gone, now that Austin was in her life to keep her safe. It's all about to change when Austin receives another letter. It's from Raelyn's dad, and he's seeking vengeance for taking his daughter from him.
This time, his death is written on it.
Characters
Alan Ashby
Alan Ashby has grown very close to Rae's sister, Lily-Pearl. Alan finds her adorable, and will go to the ends of the earth for her.
Austin Carlile
Austin Carlile came to Raelyn's aid many times in the past, and has grown to love her. Although he is often away touring, he always makes time to come and visit her. Ryan Croft has threatened his life many times because he has 'taken away his little girl'.
Eagle
Eagle is on the team with Ryder and Hex. He is the information gatherer and can get the details on anything and everything.
Elizabeth Croft
Elizabeth Croft is the mother to Rae and LP. She treats Austin and Alan as her own kids. When her husband walked out on her family, she was left to go back to work to support her family. Now Rae has to help out with her.
Hex
Hex is a close friend to Ryan (aka Ryder). His wife was murdered about six years ago and founded the team he's on with Ryan.
Lily-Pearl 'LP' Croft
Lily-Pearl is best friends with Alan. They do almost everything together when he comes to visit. She's scared for Austin when she learns of the threats her father made.
Raelyn 'Rae' Croft
Raelyn Croft has made friends with Austin Carlile, Alan Ashby, and the rest of OM&M. She's constantly worried for her mother's health, her grandmother's failing health, and her dad, who's made threats against Austin.
Rift
Rift is on the team with Ryder and Hex. He is a scout, along with Zero.
Ryan Croft
Ryan Croft had recently shot his oldest daughter, Rae. He drove off with no regrets, but with a mission to have vengeance on Austin, who he thinks has taken his daughters and family away from him.
Storm
Storm is on the team with Ryder and Hex. He is a vicious fighter and has a short temper.
Stryke
Stryke is part of the Ryder and Hex's team. He is the weapons expert for the team.
Zero
Zero is on the team with Ryder and Hex. He serves as one of the scouts with Rift.
