I'm responding before reading the new chapter, but I was very excited to find a new chapter! I didn't get an e-mail notification, so boo on the website! :(

No more people leaving bands! Unless I don't care about your band, then you can do whatever you want. lol As for ETF, I don't really know a lot about their line-up changes I have to admit. I've liked their music since the days of Ronnie, but I never really paid any attention to who was in the band, what they were like, etc. Which covers about 95% of the bands in this "scene" - don't know, don't really care. They ALL seem to constantly change members, though.

Ghost's statement was very eloquent. The band's statement was basically: "Thanks for 7 years, Ghost. TJ will be filling in on Warped Tour, so don't worry." It was very matter-of-fact, no emotion whatsoever. And almost immediately after it was posted, TJ was on social media posting: "See everyone at Warped Tour this summer!" To quote Chris: "Blech!"

I never mind the scales tipping toward kinky, so I look forward to that. In fact, I am going to shut up and go read! Yay, an update! :)

Yay! Now we need about 999,998 more people to join that referendum to really make it stick, haha. I agree with you on TJ going back to ETF which I think he will, I actually like the dynamic of the 4 guys in ETF right now- it was a good line up to end up with, especially after all of those crazy and constant line-up changes.

I haven't yet read the band statement, so I can't really say anything to it. I thought Ghost' though was very eloquently put!

I'm glad you think there was a good balance of serious and kinky- that scale will eventually tip though, I promise! The next chapter I've got in the works (and will be posted tonight) has all the characters preparing for that direction.

I love your take on Bella and Chris' relationship, because you're 100% right about it. I was so glad you brought up the fact that he helped her deliver Bianca because that is extremely important. Yes, Tyler and Kuza were there, but Tyler wasn't too much help, and Kuza is kind of a lower rank than Chris, and would have needed approval from someone else to go ahead and do that. Their relationship definitely is far more intricate than everyone else with them, and that will continue to play into how the story unfolds!

I back you on a referendum that no one else can leave their bands! Done! I hope the boys are listening! :) Except TJ. He can fill-in for Ghost, but then he'd better leave and go back to ETF because we don't want him in MIW!

As for Devin, specifically . . . Did you read the statement from "the band" (i.e. Chris)? Was I the only one that felt it had 0% emotion behind it whatsoever? It read like: "Yeah, Devin's gone, c-ya dude!" I found that to be so disappointing! Devin's post, however, read to me like he was trying to say something without actually saying it, if that makes sense. He said something like, "Conditions have changed and made it hard to maintain some relationships" . . . Which read to me like: "Chris and I are no longer friends, it's making touring stressful, and someone has to go so it's me."

I dunno. I over-analyze everything.

As for the story, I think you did a great job of foreshadowing a kinky future but maintaining a serious present; showing that Bella is not going to race into anyone's arms instantly and abandon all of her previous anxieties and fears. Which fits the story and makes perfect sense. I would have been whipping the boys left and right, and putting them in the cage! :D

That said, I've never been quiet on this fact: I quite enjoy Bella and Chris together. I feel like the intricacies of their relationship give them something more than Bella and the majority of the others. Yes, Chris did major harm in taking her virginity, but he was also the one that delivered Bianca. How do you just forget that? (Hypothetical q there!)

Anyhow, I always look forward to more! :)

I promise you, there will eventually be more than rope! I honestly am jumping with excitement to finally be able to write the first scene like that.

Oh my gosh, that interview is seriously my favorite one of theirs, pre-Reincarnate!!! I loved them talking about the cage, I'm pretty sure there was even a slight mention of bandage, haha that fits perfectly!

I'm really glad you liked this chapter and there will be more Chris and Bella, that's a promise. Oh and Tyler and Bella, but I kind of figured that possibly might be a given at this point

Oh gosh, that's funny! I'm glad I updated when I did then! Hopefully we can keep up that mind-link, haha.

I'm glad that you'e feel liking the longer chapters, I'll definitely keep it up. As far as having it end up with a look at the characters and not some sex scene...that was kind of a little peek as to what may occur between certain characters, smut wise. The toughest thing about writing that last chapter was trying to find a clear tone and demeanor for Bella and Chris, and I felt like having her throw in too much humor might show her as not taking it as serious as she truly is.

I am right with you on being crushed about Ghost, I read his letter over and over- it just didn't feel real. But now no one in any of the bands I write about are allowed to leave!!! A, I don't think I could deal with that and B, I don't want to make any other characters leave their job, haha.

Alright... let me assemble a good reply to the chapter

1. OH MY FUCKING GOD AND EVERYTHING HOLY! DOMINANT CHRIS!!!! Daaaammmmn the chills are real! So glad you actually did it, although I did wait for a scene of them using some more than just rope... But then again the anticipation is REAL
2. This goes for Tyler( interview throwback ) Uh Oh, Someones getting spanked and goes le cage! XD All in all, great chapter, amazing and in-depth, and I am starting to ship Chris and Bella Hard!

I definitely enjoy the longer chapters and the increased substance. I feel like it allows you to detail more, and allow a specific scene to last a little longer and provide us reader a little something extra. I like that with this chapter, you veiled (see what I did there!) substance in some sexual images that, while suggestive, ended up just leading to more insight into the characters and where they are at and not smut. Though I did enjoy Christopher's dirty attempt/joke.

I'm just going to toss this out there as a curious remark - and not a suggestion that you should have done this or should do it in the future - but I was shocked that with all of Chris' prodding Bells to try and get her to test out some of the merchandise, she never cracked a joke about testing it out on him/smacking him around - or putting TJ in the cage. Just a musing on my part.

LOVE how you worked the recent change of circumstances with Devin into the story flawlessly. That was well-done! *applauds* But I just have to go on record to say I am crushed at the news!

And lastly, so glad that my humor could make you laugh. I'm considering a side career in comedy. Maybe it's panning out for me . . . lol

I'm so glad you enjoyed this last chapter! Lately I've been trying to make my chapters a bit longer, just so they have a bit more substance to them.

Chris definitely is in a funny position with Bella, because he's done certain things to make her absolutely hate him, but yet he's also been there for her when no one else has, and has gotten her through some of life's more difficult tasks. I also tend to love writing in his POV, and the next chapter that I'll be updating any minute now will actually be completely in his POV, and I was able to have a lot of fun with it, especially for some of the things that are coming up in the semi-near future.

I did hear about that Dead Girls Academy CD coming out, and I can't remember the date either, I've loved all of their songs that they've released so far, so I'm excited to hear the rest of it!

Laslty, your comment about Chris' "plush ass in tight vinyl pants that rip down the center" had me laughing for like an hour straight - that was perfect!

Now I shall commence the "fan-girl" portion of my comments . . . .

Oh yes, we've finally managed to have several days of beautiful weather here! Thank the goddess! :) I was developing some serious cabin fever.

Okay, so the update: I woke up this morning, saw the notification that you updated, and worked tirelessly all damned day and only just now - at 1:30AM - got to read it. So excited that it was nice and long, and so much went on!

I love that, while Tyler is clearly Bella's favorite, I feel like Chris is the second favorite. Or, well, they have that love/hate, on/off thing going on. I always love seeing "Chris POV" in the chapter descriptions, because I am very biased.

Also, not directly related to the story, but I had no freaking clue what Tyler looks like in real-life so I Google'd him. Wow! Not what I pictured at all! I pictured a semi-"normal" looking band dude with short hair; kind of like a band boy next door. I was so off! So, so off!

Oh my gosh, that sounds crazy! We've been lucky now the past 2 days and have had 2 straight days of 70 degree weather, with some thunderstorms which just happen to be my favorite! Hopefully some consistent warm spring weather is making it's way to you!!!

17" of snow in less than a week? Oh god! Here in PA, it feels like winter waited to arrive until March. Last week - or two weeks ago, everything is starting to blend together - we had one day that was 70 degrees, and then the next day it snowed. I normally like snow, but I'm over it. I want spring!

I enjoyed the "sir" Bella quote to. Very much so!

I'm with you on the snow making you want to vomit, I just got 17 inches of snow less than a week ago, and that actually sparked the idea for this chapter. I do remember hearing that term, and from what I remember it does for actually pretty well, thanks for pointing that out! You'e a dick, Sir was probably one of my favorite Bella quotes I've written in a while, tbh.Thank you very much, I'm glad you're still enjoying it!!!

Let me see if I can make a coherent comment here before bed . . .

Firstly, while just the word "snow" makes me want to vomit and scream, I like that they are all trapped for this chapter. It creates a forced bonding experience of sorts. Personally, I can see in my mind Bella and Tyler sneaking off to hide out in a cubby-hole somewhere and have alone time, but . . . That wouldn't fit the story. This worked much better and was what I like to call "flirty-fun". Bells is getting a little sassy in the dark!

Now that said, in BDSM there's a term called "topping from the bottom." Not sure if you've ever heard of that, but I think it will ultimately fit this story perfectly. That is definitely Bella: topping from the bottom.

There were a few moments where I laughed out loud: one being the comment about if Vinny was in-charge of the generator, they were screwed. Oh! And Bella saying: "You're a dick, sir." That was perfect!

The fact that she was able to fall asleep anywhere near TJ is kind of shocking, too. I did notice that right away. :)

So yeah. Rather than ramble endlessly, this was another great chapter and you are keeping me very engaged in the story. Being snowed-in opens up so many new pathways! (rubs her mitten-covered hands together) What shall happen next?

Definitely! I mean, this is YOUR story and it should be what you want, whoever you want to include/disclude in it. I believe that every character serves a purpose, so even if the reader doesn't like/love them, they are there for a reason. You should only do with your story what you wish to do! If someone is really and truly upset with the cast, well, they can write their own story with their own cast, right?

Thank you for that! Now I won't feel so bad leaving in some of those other guys, I definitely understand that based on personal tastes some of them are more desirable than others.

That is totally fine, my dear. I just wanted to be clear that I wasn't saying the cast of the story should be changed around to fit my personal tastes in man-meat. :P
