The Journal

Chapter 25.

24 May, 3:45pm, 2003

It's the night of Jaime and Alan's party, and I'm not exactly sure on how things are going to turn out. Hopefully there's birthday cake.

I took a sip of my vodka, watching a very unusual drunk Vic dancing on the table with a girl grinding on him. He then turned her around and pretty much shoved his tongue down her throat. Oh, he was so going to regret that tomorrow.

"What the hell is he doing?" Kellin asked, joining me at my side.

"I don't know... But it's not Vic, that's for sure. I mean, I don't even think he knows that girls name,"

"He's had to much to drink," he agreed.

"PARTYYYYY!" Alan yelled, running through the house with just his underwear. Oh, now he just started a conga line with a bunch of drunk people. I'm sure that's going to turn out well...

"You two not drunk yet?" Austin asked with a slur.

"I'm not drinking at all. I have a date tomorrow and I don't want to be hungover," Kellin answered.

"I'm just drinking a couple. I hate being sick in the morning," I lied. The truth was, I'm actually quite a horny drunk at parties, so I will probably end up having sex with some random dude I happened to bump into if I or drunk. Or a very drunk Mike, as he has been flirting with me all night.

"Well, okay. I'm going to go find Stella," Austin walked off, stumbling a little. I frowned and watched after him. I was starting to get worried about him. The way he dealt with his mothers death was to get piss drunk and sleep with Stella. He never let himself be weak and vulnerable, and he needed to let himself mourn. I don't want him to turn out like me. I may not be happy with the guy, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Even Mike. Even Paisley and Alison, and that's saying something.

If I didn't know Vic any better than I do, I would think Vic is a virgin, I thought to myself as I seen Vic pull the girl he was mouth fucking on the table walk up the stairs and into a bedroom.

It's true though, everyone except me and the guys would see the outside Vic. Sweet, quiet, no experience with girls whatsoever and innocent. But him getting this drunk was definitely something you don't see in Vic everyday.

I wasn't going to have another drink, so I decided to head out for some fresh air. I sat on the porch steps and pulled a cigarette and my lighter out of my pocket before lighting it and taking a puff, letting it stay in my mouth for a few seconds before letting the smoke out into the air.

"Smoking is bad for you," I scoffed and turned to face Mike, who had lit up his own smoke.

"And you think I give a shit? And it's no better for you than it is for me," I said, facing forward again, ignoring Asshole as he sat beside me.

"Yeah, but your life is worth living," I raised an eyebrow at him.

"And yours isn't?"

"I'm a bad person Bonnie," Mike smiled at me, before taking another drag.

"Not gonna deny that," I sighed, standing on my smoke and throwing it in the garden before getting up to head inside. I was about to turn the handle to go inside but paused when Mike said my name.

"Bonnie?"

"Yeah?"

"When are we going to talk?"

"We just did,"

"You know what kind of talk I'm talking about Bonnie. Don't play stupid with me,"

"Fine. We'll talk properly when I don't feel the urge to punch you in the face," I honestly said.

"And when will that be?"

"Not now, that's for sure." I quickly went inside before he could say anything else. I know we have to talk, and soon, but I didn't want to right now. I still had feelings for him. I knew they were slowly fading away, but I was still hurt and would either turn into a stuttering crying mess, or beat him up, or both. And neither of them are good options.

"Bonnie! Hey!" Abby smiled, taking a sip of her alcoholic beverage. Well, don't I sound posh?

"Hey Abby! Long time, no see!" I honestly have no idea how she gets invited to these parties. She doesn't even go to the same school. Not that I minded. Abby was the only one I could consider a "friend" before the boys.

"I see you have a few new friends. You've missed a few parties,"

"Yeah, I know. But they're great though," I smiled.

"I like the look of that English one over there. We spoke briefly earlier, but it looks like he's taken," Abby pouted, looking behind me. I turned and seen Oli shoved against a wall with a girls lips pressed against his, his hands on her waist. I quickly looked away.

"I'm sorry Abby, I have to go," I said, quickly hurrying away. 2 can play at that game Sykes. I just need someone to play it with. Vic would just be uncomfortable, and I think he's kinda busy right now. Kellin's date for tomorrow is somewhere here and that would be bad if she seen us. Jaime is loud and can't keep his mouth shut drunk and sober. Alan would just be fucking weird. Matt is stoned and blabbering about driving a forklift at Morrisons. Mike and Austin are a definite no, and I'm not going to ask a random guy. So that leaves... Turtle.

I found him in the kitchen, silently taking sips of his beer and ignoring the obnoxious talk and the blaring speakers around him.

"Tony!" I called. He looked up and walked over to me, beer in hand.

"Yeah Babe?"

"I need you to do something for me," I said seriously.

"Anything,"

"Kiss me when Oli walks in,"

"What? He'll kill me!"

"Please Tony! I'm begging you!" I pleaded.

"Why?"

"He... He was kissing another girl," Tony's eyes widened in shock.

"Oli?"

"Yeah..." I mumbled.

"He's going to murder me," he sighed in defeat.

"No he won't, I promise,"

"I don't know about this...." Tony glanced out the corner of his eye, seeing Oli walk in.

"Kiss me now," I whispered.

"I can't -"

"Kiss. Me," I growled, throwing my arms around his neck and lowering his head to my level before slamming my lips on his.He dropped his beer in shock, before warping his arms around my waist and pulling me closer to his chest.

It was strangely arousing, and none of it felt romantic or showed any signs of feelings. It was just sexual frustrations. And I like it. He could feel it too, I could tell.

Turtle came out of his shell.

"Bonnie, Tony. What the fuck do you think you are doing?" Tony and I pulled apart and stared at a angry Oli. Now I understand why Tony was scRed.

Notes

I knew there were a few Tony + Bonnie shippers, so here's a little something ;P

Sorry for the late update. Christmas :/ I swear I'm the only Kiwi who doesn't eat meat and tomato sauce on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Or ever, to be exact. It's gross.
