An Alan Ashby Fanfiction

Three weeks had passed and the band and I had become very close, especially me and Alan.
I giggled against Alan’s shoulder as Austin told us another embarrassing moment about the band;
“We were in the middle of playing a set, and as you know, Alan has a habit of spitting water out into the crowd. Well we were playing and Aaron comes up to where Alan had just spat water and some water had fell on the ground so when Aaron came up to sing, we slipped and fell straight on his ass!”
We all howled with laughter, I couldn’t breathe and I had tears rolling down my face, along with Austin, Tino, Phil and Alan. Aaron looked like he wanted to kill us but that didn’t stop us from laughing.
it was 10pm and by that time we were all pretty drunk as the guys had a set at 5pm the next day so we all had plenty of time to recover so we all decided it was time to go out and have a drink or two or fifty. I stumbled off to the bar to order another round of shots, as I waited I started thinking about Alan. It had been 3 weeks since we kissed and we were really hitting it off and becoming really close. I haven’t felt this good about anyone for a long time. As I collected the round of shots, I carefully went back to the table and handed out the shots.
2am and we were all fucked. Since Austin and Tino could barely walk straight we thought it was about time to go back to the tour bus, so we called a taxi. While we waited; Austin and Tino were having a conversation that included a lot of ‘dude’s and ‘woahs’ and at one point Tino came up to me and Alan and said “Guys, I just remembered, I’m the lead drummer for Of Mice And Men!” like he had just found out.
“Lead drummer? You’re the only drummer!” Alan reminded him while we laughed. When the taxi came, the boys all piled in and I suddenly realized that there was no spot for me.
“Vic, you can sit on my lap” Alan patted his legs and smiled. I climbed in the car and shut the door behind me and leaned into Alan’s chest. And damn did he smell good. I don’t know if it was the alcohol or Alan’s smell but I really wanted to make out with him. Alan’s hands were around my waist, holding onto me tightly and I squeezed his leg to let him know that I’m up for it if he is. Alan responded with a seductive smile and wink so I took that as a yes. He leaned into my ear and whispered;
“Now I’m glad I’m sharing a room with you.” And silently kissed my neck so guys wouldn’t hear us. When Alan looked back into my eyes they were burning with desire and I’m sure mine were the same.
When the taxi pulled up in front of the tour bus, Austin insisted on paying so Alan and I walked out holding hands and entered the tour bus. The door was unlocked, I swear we had locked it before we left, I couldn’t really remember because the alcohol made everything fuzzy.
I let go of Alan’s hand and walked to the lounge area… and found Jared sitting on the couch with a glass of whiskey in his hands. I froze, this couldn’t be happening.
“Jared!” Tino and Austin, obviously happier than usual because of the alcohol, hugged Jared. Phil said a quiet hello before excusing himself to go to bed. Alan shook Jared’s hand and then looked at me, concern flooded his eyes when he saw how panic stricken and pale I was.
