An Alan Ashby Fanfiction

Alan sighed, and reluctantly set me down on my feet. Now my body was touching Alan’s. I looked up at Alan’s face, the sun making his ginger hair look like a halo around his face. I threw my arms around his neck and I swear I saw him blush a bit.
“That wasn’t so hard now was it?” I smiled.
“It was pretty hard. But I’m finding this situation a lot harder.” He chuckled nervously. Before I could ask him why, his lips were on mine. Alan Ashby was kissing me and I was kissing him back and my God was he a great kisser. I was enjoying the kiss a lot until I remembered what I had said to myself before; acting on my feelings would screw up the tour. I broke the kiss and stepped back from Alan, fidgeting with my fingers at the same time. Alan put his hands on my shoulders and bent down to peer into my eyes.
“Hey, what’s the matter? Did I make you uncomfortable?” Alan asked.
“No, no you didn’t, the kiss was great. It’s just that I really shouldn’t be doing this because I’ll be with your band for the next few months and I wouldn’t want to make anything awkward between you and me.” I looked into Alan’s eyes, he still looked worried that he had done something wrong.
“I’m sorry, it’s just that I wouldn’t want to do anything to ruin the tour for you or the other guys.”
“Vic, being with you in that way wouldn’t ruin the tour for me, it would make the tour perfect, better than all the other tours.”
“Alan I like you, I really do…” I looked away and bit my lip, trying to will away the tears.
“Hey, talk to me Victoria” Alan took my face in his hands and tilted my head upwards to meet his gaze, “You can tell me anything.” He whispered.
“It’s just, Jared, my boss. He’s a bit tough on dating clients… especially on me.”
“What? Why?” Alan inquired.
“I dated a band member once, Dan Flint from You Me At Six. Jared called it extremely unprofessional and how I shouldn’t risk the company like that and just some other stuff.” I sniffed at the memory of it, I was telling the truth... Sort of. Jared had gotten extremely angry at me for dating a client, but the main reason Jared got angry was because I was falling asleep in Dan's arms at night, not his. And ever since then, Jared's weird obsession with me has affected my work life, as well as my personal life. But now was not the time to dwell on the past, I needed to dwell on the situation I was in with Alan.
“Look, can we just wait until this tour is over? We both live in California so we can meet up after the tour and talk about everything. I just don’t want to risk losing my job. I’m sorry, Alan.” I really did like Alan but I know Jared wouldn’t have it.
“It’s ok!” Alan said with a smile, “I’m sure you’ll be worth the wait.” I grinned back at him and hugged him.
As Alan and I walked back to the tour bus to let the rest of the band know that they could perform the sound check, we talked about basically everything and the more I found out about Alan, the harder I fell for him. Fuck.

So I'm already getting good feedback which I think is amazing because this is my first fanfiction!!

I'll try to post a few more chapters in the few hours! It's currently 12:50am in Australia and 35 degrees. For those of you who don't know how hot 35 degrees is, it fucking hot.

So because it's so hot I doubt I'll be getting any sleep so I may as well write fanfiction :) xxx
