I woke up in the strong arms of Austin Carlile. I rolled over, seeing that he was already awake. I smiled, kissing his lips softly. He giggled and blushed. It was so adorable!I lifted up the blankets over my arms and shoulders. It was early December and freezing in California. I cuddled into his chest, feeling his warmth.

"Good morning babe." He said in his sexy morning voice.

I yawned for the fourth time, "Mornin'. Lets go make food. I'm starving." I smiled, my slight southern accent showing.

"Was that an accent I heard? And you're always hungry." He chuckled, kissing my forehead.

"Nope." i replied, my accent showing even more. "I know, I'm like a puppy."

"It was! and yes, yes you are." He smiled at me, looking into my eyes.

I had so many questions to ask him, but I decided now wasn't the time. The main question that was stabbing my brain was "What are we now?". I just sighed and pushed it away. I wasn't going to ask him. Although I wanted to, I wasn't.

"Shae-bug? Hello?!" He waved a hand in front of my face.

"Huh?" I replied, being snapped out of my thoughts.

"Whatcha thinking?" He said in a child-like voice.

"Stuff." I replied, smiling.

"Like what?" Another child-like voice.

"Uh, uh, us..." I said in a whisper, knowing he wouldn't me.

But, he did. He heard every word. "I've been wondering also.." He sighed.

"Austin, what are we? Like, honestly?" I looked down at the floor, having the fear of being rejected swelling up in my stomach.

He pulled my chin up so I was facing him, "What do you want to be?" He smiled softly.

"uh, I don't know. I just didn't know what last night was." I looked back at the floor.

"I do." He smiled at me. "I think i like you, Shae. I just don't want to rush things, y'know?"

I nodded slowly, thinking the exact same thing. I heard multiple vibrations coming from the nightstand. It was Austin's phone. He looked at it slowly, answering it.

"Hello?" He asked.

*pause*

He mouthed the words "Its Alan." and I sighed.

"Yeah, I'm with a friend why?"

*pause*

"Uh, hold on." He asked me if Alan could come over, and I shrugged. I didn't wanna see him, but then again I did. "Uh, you can. The address is 1251 Capri Way."

*pause*

"Uh, no. Just you. We just woke up." He smiled at me and I couldn't help giggling.

*pause*

"Yeah, bye Ally." He hung up the phone and wan downstairs, completely naked.

"Uh, Austie! You're nekkid!" I laughed, my southern accent stronger than ever.

He ran back into my room, throwing on a pair of the boxer briefs he brought over here. "I almost forgot. And it seems that you're 'Nekkid' too." He said, making fun of my accent.

"Stop it you dickface! And can I have one of your shirts? pease?" I smiled as he threw me a shirt.

I slipped it on and Austin ran back downstairs, flipping over on the couch. I laughed as I heard him hit his ass hard on the carpet. I slipped on a pair of panties and ran downstairs to join him. I, however, walked into the kitchen and pulled out eggs, milk, cheese, and bacon from the fridge. I pulled the bread out of the breadbox, looking at him. I held up the ingredients of a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and he nodded.

I walked over to the cupboard, pulling out a bowl. I opened the carton of eggs, pulling out five, enough for at lease four people. I cracked them into the bowl, adding milk to them as I did. I started mixing them, pulling a frying pan out from the bottom cupboard. I put butter in it and sat it on the burner.

I poured the egg-milk mix into the pan, stirring it with a spatula. Soon, the eggs were done and I sat them aside, putting some strips of bacon on a plate, putting them all in the microwave for three minutes.

Three minutes later, the microwave went ding and I pulled out the bacon. I toasted the bread and spread mayonnaise on it. I carefully placed the eggs, bacon, and cheese on all four sandwiches. I handed Austin his as we heard footsteps coming from upstairs. Amanda Grace came down and sat at the bar. I slid her food over to her and she thanked me. Both she and Austin took a bite of the sandwich, proclaiming that it was the best breakfast they've ever had. I blushed a lot as we all heard knocks on the door.

I walked over towards it, filling my mouth with food. When I saw him there, I smiled sadly. He did the same as he walked in slowly. Austin put his food down and ran over to Alan, hugging him.

"Hey bro! She made you a sandwich. You've got to eat it. Its freaking delicious!" He smiled at me.

"Uh, I've had them before..." Alan looked over at me, so did Austin. I guess it was time to explain.

I explained my past with Alan to Austin. He nodded and completely understood, or at least I think he did. He never protested about anything.

"So, she's the inspiration for 'When You Can't Sleep At Night'!" Austin smiled.

"Yeah, she is." Alan smiled at me, hugging me.

I had to say, it felt so damn good to be in his arms again....
