Winner Winner

I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing and ringing. Can't a girl get some peace and quite? I raised myself up from my bed and wondered over to my desk where my phone laid. I gasped, hearing on my phone. "Lucy sent me like over twenty messages!" I pick up my phone and look through all the texts she sent me, telling me about how I won something. I never win anything.. I laughed before texting her that I was up. I suddenly got a call from her, and answered, placing the phone up to my ear. "You won!!" I gasped, and nearly dropped my phone from how loud she screamed. "Won what?" "The contest you entered for me for meeting Mice and Men!" I had almost forgotten, but thanks to Lucy's million texts, I remembered. "But I didn't even call the radio to clai-" "I did. After all, I will be the one meeting them." I rolled my eyes, leaning against the wall as I put on my shoes. I was never a real big fan of Mice and Men, even though I'd go with Lucy and her friends to their concerts. I never really liked them. "Alright, I'll be-" There was a knock on the door, and I tilted my head. "Hey, hang on. Someone's at the door." I opened the door and blinked, seeing people standing in the door way and a limo in the street. "Congrats on winning the Mice and Men contest, Miss Lucy Right!" I frowned slightly, mainly because Lucy gave them my address and that they called me Lucy. We look nothing alike! I rubbed the back of my neck, and nodded, giving off a fake smile. "I gotta go Lucy.." "Anna.. wha-" I hung up before she could say anything, and nodded. "This is amazing!" I laughed, clapping my hands and trying to image what a fangirl would do. I almost threw up from dancing around and had tears in my eyes as I ran around. "Let me pack my things!" I nodded, running into my house. I called Lucy again, out of breath from all the moving around. "Anna, what's-" "We don't have time to switch. They are already here to take me to the hotel. You gave them my address, stupid!" I heard Lucy gasp slightly. "But.. I want to meet Mice and Men! Me and Austin are supposed to be together!!" I gagged hearing her whine about meeting her "future husband". "Get over it. I don't think there is any way we can switch. They already know how I look, and I'm pretty sure they are going to be confused when a brown haired girl goes in the hotel, but a blonde haired girl comes out." I placed the phone between my cheek and my shoulders as I started packing some things into my suitcase. "Maybe it won't be that bad." I laughed, before grabbing my Deadmau5 cd, and kissed it as I placed it into my bag. "I'd much rather meet Joel than these boys." "They are not boys! They are men!" I laughed and rolled my eyes, disagreeing with her in my mind. They sing about stupid problems and then the girls scream for them. As if they really cared. All they care about is fame and the money. Same as any band. I shrugged my shoulders and took in a breath. "Alright, well, I'll get pictures and autographs for you. Oh, and a lock of their hair." I teased, and Lucy said grossed out, but I knew that she secretly hoped I would anyway.I grabbed my things and headed out the door. I hopped into the limo and looked around. "Are you excited?" The woman in the limo asked me. "Huh? Oh yes." I smiled, nodding.

After a few hours of driving, we finally came to a stop at a fancy-looking hotel. I stepped out of the limo in awe, gazing up at the building. "Your room is 17C, right across from Of Mice and Men's room, 15C." I nodded, and walked into the building. It smelled all clean, and soap like. I noticed some of the bellhops carrying my other things and came up to my room. It was on the third floor, and I liked the view of the city. I smiled, throwing my things onto the bed and glanced over at the window. This view is amazing.. I sighed, and looked around at the lights that beamed off the buildings, lightpoles, and cars driving down the busy streets. "Knock knock." I gasped, hearing a voice and whipped around. I blinked. This boy looked familiar. I took in a breath before reopening my mouth. "Austin!!" I screamed and ran over to him. Personalty, I couldn't stand the sight of him. "Hey Lucy." I gave him a look of confusion, before nodding. "Yes, that's me. Lucy. Lucy Right. The winner." I said, and rolled my eyes when he looked away at my bags. "No Mice cds? You have a dead mouse though." Shit! That's what I forgot! "Why do I need a recording when I have the real thing?" I smirked, and even made Austin grin. Smooth as fuck. I straighten out my shirt, and nodded. "And yeah. I have a Deadmau5 Cd. I really like Joel Zimmerman. I really wish I could go on the Electric Daisy Carnival! Especially the one in Las Vegas. It's the best one." I smiled, tilting my head to the side. Austin seemed to understand a bit of what I was saying, but didn't really understand it. "Anyway, we were going out to eat. Care to join us?" My eyes widened, and I turned to the side. "Uh, sure!" Shit! What if asks me questions about the band? I don't know anything about them! I took in a breath, and tilted my head, turning to my phone. I grinned, grabbing it and texted Lucy, telling her that I was here. I took a picture of Austin and I just so I could make her jealous. Austin sat on my bed as I grabbed my things and then twirled around as I nodded. "All ready." I said, walking past him. I gasped, tripping over his feet. I braced myself to feel the floor, but instead I just felt someone's grab on my chest and stomach. I blushed a little. "You alright?" I felt him pull me up, his hand's still on my stomach and chest. "Uh.. y-yeah.. Is uh, it hot in here?" As soon as I said that, Austin must have realized that his hand was on my breast. "Sorry!" He nodded, before standing up. "Let's go." He said, clearly trying to change the subject. "Right, right." I nodded, and closed my door as we walked out together.
