When I woke up, the scenery was all too familiar, this wasn’t the first time Travis beat me to the point of a hospital visit. But this was the first time I’ve woken up to see Alan by my bed. Why was he here? Then Austin walked in. He saw that I was awake a smiled, “Hey there sleepy head. How are you feeling?”
“I’m Feeling fine. Why are you guys here?” I tried to sit up but failed when the pain in my side stopped me. He looked at me a little sadly, “The taxi driver thought you were taking too long and went to check when he saw the door cracked open, that’s when he saw you on the floor…” He paused for a bit waiting for me to say something, when I didn’t he asked, “Ciara, is this what he did to you, I mean is this why you broke up with him?” I quickly looked away and stared intently at my hands, I could feel his and Alan’s eyes burning into me. I softly whispered “Yes.” My eyes started to water up, I’ve never told anyone before.
Both Austin and Alan were silent for a second, thinking about what I just told them. Then Alan looked up at me and said, “I’m so sorry. You didn’t deserve to be treated that way. You are too good for him.” I looked at him, whispering a soft thank you. After a few minutes Alan excused himself and Austin still hadn’t said anything.
“Austin, you don’t have to stay, I know you guys have to be getting on the road soon.”
“But I thought you were going to come with us…I want you to come with us…” He was looking at the floor like it was the most interesting thing in the world. Should I really go with them? What if they realize they don’t like me and don’t want me there?
“Well, I’ll go with you guys. Can I get out of here now? I need to grab my clothes and some other stuff.”
“Yeah they said you can be discharged today, you just have to be careful with your side.” He left the room to get me discharged and I got up to start changing back into my clothes from the previous day. When he came back I was dressed and sitting back on my bed. It hurt to be up and around too much.
“You ready to go? I’ll take you to your place to get all your things just in case we run into Travis again.” I nodded and we both headed out of the hospital. When we got to the car Alan was sitting in the back of the car listening to his music really loudly, it sounded like the new Sempiternal album by Bring Me The Horizon.
When we got to my place Travis wasn’t there but Austin came in with me anyways. I told him I’d be just a minute, and I ran upstairs to grab my stuff. One packed suitcase later and I was ready to go. When I came downstairs Austin grabbed my bag and helped me with the door. I am really going to be with them all summer. This is crazy.
After we got on the bus we left right away, all the boys were asleep and I was sitting in the back lounge watching Aladdin. Eventually someone got up and made his way to the back of the bus, it was Alan. “Sorry did I wake you up? I didn’t realize it was that loud. Sorry.” He just laughed and sat down next to me.
“Had you not woken me up I would’ve missed my favorite part!” he looked back at the screen and started mouthing the words to one of the songs.
“Hey, Alan, thank you, for being at the hospital I mean.” He just looked at me for a second,
“Why wouldn’t I be there? You know, even though we just met yesterday and you’re obviously into Austin, I-I think I might like you.”

WAIT WHAT ALAN WHAT ARE YOU DOING STOOOOPPP.. lol. But yeah here you go Chapter 4. I've been battling with a stuffy/ runny nose all day so this chapter is short because I had to keep taking nose breaks or whatever. I hope you guys like it so far.
