Alan's pov

"S-She said no Alan. She said no. The love of my life doesn't want to marry me. What do I do? I don't want to lose her." Austin had just come home from his date with Iris and I felt bad for what she did, but he doesn't know what she is really up to.

"Dude, don't worry. Did she say why?" He just shook his head.

"Why don't you get some sleep?" I took the emotionally damaged boy upstairs and made sure he got into bed safely.

I went back downstairs and rang Iris.

"Hey Alan, have you told him?"

"No, and it's eating me alive that I haven't. You are such a bitch at times."

"Well it's happening in a week. Make sure you don't get drunk and spill everything out okay?"

"Okay." Although this wasn't right I agreed and decided to get some sleep. This is going to be a long week.
