Cold, Empty Mattresses And Falling Stars

*Mike's POV*

I woke up with a banging headache and disgusting taste in my mouth, I looked around and noticed that I was in my room, I felt Cassidy beside me and turned over to spoon her gently but she turned into a he and I recognized them as Jaime, "Jaime?" I asked, he turned and looked at me, "Oh morning Mike" he smiled before sitting up, "What? Where's Cass?" I asked jumping up and panicking, "She stayed with Of Mice last night after what happened" he said getting up and pulling his clothes from yesterday on, "What happened last night?" I asked confused, all I remember was going to the bar and then I woke up here with him, "All I know is that you two argued, you'll need to ask Cass for more details because I don't know anything" he said before grabbing Cassidy's suitcase for her and leaving, "Oh, if you're looking for her, she's at breakfast with everyone, I'll see you down there" he smiled before closing the door and vanishing, I quickly packed all of my stuff up and got dressed before leaving and racing down to breakfast, when I entered I saw everyone sitting eating and laughing, I made a b-line for the seat next to Cassidy, dumping my suitcase with the others on the way over, "Morning" I smiled as I sat down, "Morning" she said a little less perky than she normally does, I placed a hand on her thigh and she flinched away from me, I saw Austin give us a funny look, "What happened to your face?" I asked touching a healed scar on her face that was red, again she flinched away from me, she was scared about something, "Not at the table Mike" she said not even looking at me, "Cass, did I do something?" I asked, clearly I sending her over the edge as she got up and walked into the toilet, I saw Vic looking at me and coaxing me to go after her, "I can't go into the girls bathroom" I said trying to argue my case, at this point everyone was looking at me, "Fine" I sighed getting up and walking into the girls bathroom, thankfully there was no one in there, "Cass" I said as I heard her crying, she was in a stall, "Cassidy, please open the door so we can talk" I sighed knocking on the door, she stopped crying and opened it, barging past me and standing at the sink, "Cassidy what did I do?" I asked sighing as I was sick of everyone avoiding me, "Do you really wanna know?" She asked drying her eyes, I nodded and stood next to her, she slowly lifted her top of reveal a black and blue bruise size of a doorknob, it all came back to me, "I caused that" I said as a fact, she nodded and put her top down, lifting her sleeves up to show to red marks with a couple of raw bruises in the shape of a hand, "I caused that too" I said, she nodded as the tears came back to her eyes, "And I caused that" I said putting my hand on her cheek and rubbing my thumb across her scar, she looked away and nodded again, I felt so guilty.

"Cass I'm so sorry, I know saying that I was drunk isn't an excuse but you know how much I love you and care for you, you know I would never do anything like this. I can promise you that if you forgive me, this will never happen again, because I do really love you and I don't want to lose you, because you... You are the best thing that has happened to me and I can't imagine my life without you in it, please" I said as the tears started streaming down not only Cassidy's face but mine too, I looked at her and sighed before getting on my knees, "You literally have me begging" I smiled as I grabbed her hands, she laughed a little before she wiped her eyes, "Fine, but only because we have matching outfits" she laughed, I quickly stood up and engulfed her in a hug, "I love you" I said softly in to her ear, "I love you too" she said before she pulled back and clashed our lisp together, they were soon moving in perfect sync, I found my hands beginning to wander from Cassidy's hair to her bum, I lifted her up and placed her on the sink, spreading her legs apart and standing in between them, I moved my hands up and down her sides, resting them on her hips, I soon started to rub the inside of her leg as she began to moan into my mouth, "Mike" she breathed pulling away from me, I looked in her eyes deeply, "I missed you so much last night" she smiled before pulling my head back in and began to make out with me again, "Fuck me" she breathed in between kisses, "Soon" I said kissing her a couple more times and helping off the sink, "Very soon" I winked before smacking her bum as we walked out, as we walked back to the table holding hands I saw Phil check us over before looking annoyed and continuing to eat, "What can I get you?" A waiter asked, I looked at Cassidy, "Did you eat?" I asked, she nodded and looked at Austin shaking his head, "Umm two black teas and some yoghurt in a bowl with fruit on a different plate" I smiled, he nodded and walked away, "Why'd you order that?" She asked looking at me confused, "Because you need to eat, it's gonna be a long day" I said giving her thigh a small reassuring squeeze, she sighed and nodded, "Thanks" she smiled leaning over and giving me a quick kiss on the cheek and resting her head on my shoulder, "Didn't get much sleep last night?" I asked wrapping an arm around her so she was more comfortable, "Not without you" she said quietly but everyone heard as they 'awed', well all apart from Phil who was looking over with an expression of jealousy and offence on his face.
