Amnesia Hurts Like Hell

Feeling her , smelling her .. something felt right. I knew she couldn't just be some ordinary girl.

I pulled her into a hug which must have caught her by surprise because she gasped.

"This feels normal. Right? " I questioned and she nodded before i heard her sniffling.

I pulled away and wiped her cheeks with my thumb.

"Why are you crying ,love?" I questioned feeling sad. I forced my brain to try and remember anything about her. But so far nothing came to mind.

Is she a childhood friend? No.

Old girlfriend? No.

Stepsister? Hell no.

I bit down on my lip as i scanned over her.

Her bright blue eyes were so glossy and beautiful as the ocean.

"You d-dont remember me at all d-do you?" She whimpered brokenly and slowly shook my head.

"I'm sorry. . " I whispered.

"I'm really trying. ... i really want to remember. I would like to take you out tomorrow night. Would you uh . . Like that? " I questioned and she looked up at me with a small smile.

"Sure, Oli." She whispered.

My heart fluttered the way she said my name and i got a text from Jordan saying we've got a show tomorrow night.

"I've got to go but here's my number I'll text you" I cooed sweetly before she giggled softly.

"I've had your number for awhile, Oli. I'll text you " She whispered and i smiled.

She's so beautiful.

We both got up and hugged tightly.

I feel like I've known her my whole life versus the few hours i have known her.

As i went to leave , she pulled me into another tight hug and i breathed in her sweet scent.

"Please remember me .." She whispered as i walked out the door.

As i got in my car , i was more excited to go hang out with Arlet more than playing tomorrow night.

Arlet the mystery girl.

Oh how i love the way her name runs through my lips.
