This Love Is Sempiternal

I woke up to the smell of pizza and wings, i slowly sat up and felt the raging headache pounding through my skull.




I groaned in agony as i slowly slipped out my bunk and went into the bathroom.




I looked at myself in the mirror , i still had last night's war paint and attire on and my hair looked like a bird's nest.




I slapped my face lightly before shaking away my sleepiness , i slipped off my clothes and I jumped in the shower, letting the warm water wash away any memory of last night.





I facetimed Dani and Arlet all night until i passed out. I smiled softly at the memory of my two favorite girls.





I got out and wrapped a blue faded towel around my waist as a stepped out and looked in the fogged up mirror.




My neck length hair fell into my face as i brushed my teeth and slowly ran my fingers through my hair letting it all fall back to reveal my forehead.



Once i walked out the bathroom , the steam flooded into the hallway.





I quickly walked into the bunks and slipped on some black boxers and sweats with a black tank top.



I walked into the living room to be greeted by a plate of Buffalo chicken wings and two slices of cheese pizza.



My stomach hungrily growled and Balz chuckled lightly.




"Ry , you owe me 5 bucks . I knew he'd go straight to the food!" He exclaimed happily making everyone laugh.





"Damn Rick ! You had to be hungry as fuck today! " Ryan squealed making me chuckle.






"Shouldn't bet Balz , you know he's had a lucky streak since forever!" I teased playfully and he huffed.





I saw Devin and Chris sitting on the long black couch.





Devin was devouring his pizza whereas, Chris was slaughtering his wings.




"Fucking carnivores " I whispered and Chris looked up with sauce all over his face.






"Oh don't even. You eat more than us combined! " He uttered defensively laughing.





I hummed in response before sitting on the short sofa as i watched them eat.




I couldn't help but think about Arlet.






Suddenly, i got heard the facetime alert sound coming from the bunks.





"Ugh that noise is fucking annoying. That's why i HATE iPhones " Chris uttered blankly and i flicked him off.





"Oh really? It's probably your girlfriend calling me .." I trailed off making everyone gasp then laugh.






I quickly got up and ran to the bunks before Chris could kill me.





I snatched up my charging iPhone and awnsered the call while plugging in my headphones.




The call connected and i saw Arry.. she was in a bright pink sports bra and some cheetah print shorts.







Her semi flat tummy and thin legs looked as tan as ever.






Her long chocolate hair was pulled up into a messy bun.







"Hi babe! " She screamed laughing and i chuckled lightly as i sat on the edge of the bed.





"Hi gorgeous " I whispered making her blush.




"How are you? You fell asleep so quickly last night after your show that Dani didn't get to show you what she made in class! " She exclaimed happily and I smiled softly.






"I'm so sorry. I was so exhausted. I mean we played and then we did a encore for them because the crowd was insane.
I just threw all my energy into it babe. " I whispered apologetically and she smiled.






"I completely understand. Dani understood that daddy was sleeping. Want to see what she made?" She questioned sounding excited and I nodded.








She pulled out a drawing, it had very detailed trees and the sky was painted faded blues, pinks, purples and oranges.







In the very far corner, there was a picture of three stick figures labeled 'Mommy , Daddy , Dani' ; i felt tears in my eyes as i looked at the picture.






"It's beautiful ... our daughter is so talented. " I whispered and she nodded.





"She's just like her father " She whispered making me blush.




"and beautiful like her mother.." I trailed off looking at my gorgeous blushing wife.







"Hm.." She whispered looking at the picture and i hummed in response.






"Well.. i didn't noticed it before but there's a fourth person on here." She whispered before gasping loudly. She started to shake uncontrollably and tears brimmed in her eyes.








"Baby what's wrong? ! What's the fourth figure? " I questioned feeling nervous as my heart pounded hard and fast in my chest.








She turned the picture to me and pointed to the figure, hidden deep in the background labeled. ...
