*Tay’s POV*

“Who?” My dad asked frantically as he started ushering us all out of my room. Then a scream of pain rang out through the house. “Downstairs and in the car, now!” Dad commanded. He raced out the door and downstairs that second. The scream belonged to only one female in this house right now.

“Erin. Her baby is coming.” Sally finally said, breathless. I pushed everyone out of my room and we booked it downstairs. Once we got to the car, Ashley was getting into the passenger seat while Erin and dad were getting into the back seat. Once Erin was sitting there, gripping onto the edge of the seat, dad jumped out quickly.

“You three, in the back.” He said pointing at me, Ben, and Sally. He reached into his pocket and pulled out keys. “Andy, you’re driving.” He said and tossed the keys before getting back in beside Erin. We all piled into the car and Andy sped off towards the hospital. “Ashley, Sally, tell your parents. Someone tell Jaime and Jessica.” Dad said once the hospital came into view.

We let them out of the car by the ER entrance before parking the car. As we got out, Ash was having trouble getting out of the car on her own. “Go on ahead, we’ll find you.” Andy said. So, Sally, Ben, and I left. Sally got on her phone and I knew it was to call Vic or Danielle.

“Hi, daddy…we’re actually at the hospital right now…no, it’s not me or Ben. Erin is having her baby…we just got here…okay, see you in a bit…oh, could you tell Jaime and Jess?...Okay, thank you…I love you too…bye-bye.” Sally said sweetly then hung up. “My parents are coming.”

We walked up to the front desk and were led to a waiting room.

“You think everything will be okay?” Ben asked me softly.

“What do you mean?” I asked confused.

“I mean, Mitch has been fucking with Dad since before any of us were born…what’s going to stop him now?” Ben asked and I thought for a moment. He and my biological mother still upset me, but not as much anymore. But now I felt like I understood the answer.

“He has what he wants. Also, I’m back aren’t I? He is no longer a threat to us.” I said softly. Ben pursed his lips as he thought. “Everything will be okay…as much as I hate to say it, Ash is the only one we need to worry about right now…just remember what runs in her and Sally’s families…”

*Andy’s POV*

“Go on ahead, we’ll find you.” I said to my siblings and Sally. They complied and walked away. “What’s wrong? I know it’s not that you’re having trouble getting out of the car. I know you, Ash.”I said softly. She sighed quietly and looked down, playing with her hands.

“I…I just don’t want to go in without my dad. I don’t really like hospitals and this past year I’ve been in a hospital in all of my life…I’m just scared.” She said softly.

“Okay, well, why don’t we go sit at that bench outside and call your dad? We won’t go in, we’ll just wait outside so we don’t overheat in the car.”

“Okay…” She whispered. I helped her out of the car and over to the bench. “Will you call my dad for me?”

“Of course I will, babe.” I said sweetly and kissed her forehead. Mike would definitely freak out, but if she didn’t want to call him, I would have to. I pulled my phone out and dialed his number. It only rang twice before Mike answered.

“What is it?! Is the baby coming?! Is something wrong?! Is everything okay?!” Mike asked frantically.

“Mike, calm down. I’m not calling because of Ash.” I said. Mike was quiet for a moment.

“But she’s okay?” He asked.

“Yes, Mike, Ash is okay.” I said and rolled my eyes. I understood that he was worried, but she’s fine.

“Why are you calling?” Mike asked softly. I could tell he was still freaking out, but he was much calmer now.

“Erin’s having her baby. We’re at the hospital right now. My dad wanted us to let you know.” I explained. Mike was quiet once again.

“Alright, let me get Alysha and we’ll be there soon.” Mike said.

“Okay, see you in a bit.” We then hung up and I pulled Ash into my lap. My arms barely wrapped around her pregnant belly, but that was perfectly fine with me. We’d have a baby boy soon. “I love you, Ash.” I said sweetly with a smile.

“I love you, too, babe.” She said and turned to the side she could kiss me. I smiled into the kiss. I had the best girlfriend and she was so damn beautiful.

*A Couple Hours Later, Ben’s POV*

We hadn’t heard anything from anyone about the delivery. It’s been a few hours since we got to the hospital. After what felt like hours, I saw dad walking towards us. He looked tired, but had a small smile. “You guys can go in one at a time and meet her.” He said softly and sat down in a seat. We decided that all the girls (Ash, Sally, Tay, Alysha, Danielle, and Jess) would go first.

I went after the last girl. Erin was lying in the hospital bed, smiling at the little baby in her arms wrapped in pink, looking thoroughly exhausted. I walked up to the side of the bed. My new little sister was cute. She may only be my half sister, but she is MY baby sister. I failed at protecting Tay, I will not fail at protecting Leia. I fucked up once, I will NOT fuck up again.

“She looks like you and Daddy.” Erin said softly, exhaustion clear in her voice. I took in my baby sister’s appearance.

“Not entirely. She has your eyes and nose.” I said. That was the truth too.

“Very true, Ben.” She said.

“I should probably et the others come in so you can get some sleep.” I said with a light chuckle. Erin’s only response was a quiet yawn. I left the room and went back to the room. Andy headed to the hospital room. I looked around. “Where’s dad?” I asked Tay.

“I don’t know.” Tay said with a shrug. “He got a call or something.”

*Tony’s POV*

I watched as Ben got up and walked towards the room Erin was in. About a minute later, my phone vibrated. A new text.

From Rose (Danielle 2): Help…

My heart skipped a beat. What the hell is going on? Shit!

To Rose (Danielle 2): What’s wrong?

Not much later, my phone started ringing. She was calling me.

“I’ll be right back.” I said and quickly left. I answered it and put my phone to my ear. “What’s wro-“

“T-Tony…” Danielle interrupted in tears. “Y-You were right…D-Daryl i-is back…a-a-and h-he’s r-rea-really-really mad.”

“Rose, get out of the house. You need to get out of the house right now.” I said. I didn’t want her getting abused again. Not in this life especially.

“I…I can’t…He’s in the living room…b-b-b-breaking things…y-y-yell-yelling…I can’t go out there and that’s the only way out where I don’t have the possibility of b-b-breaking myself.” She whispered. I ran out to the car quickly.

“I’m coming to get you.” I said, not giving her a choice.

“No, don’t. He’ll kill us!” She said frantically.

“I don’t care.” I growled. “I am NOT letting that asshole abuse you again.”

Sorry it took me so long to update, its just that I've been going through a really tough time. I finally am at a point that I felt like I could write without showing all emotions that were going through me...I lost my grandfather back in February and I've kinda been really fucked up by losing him, but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things with writing. Hopefully this is good. I got a lot in mind and some might be stuff that you'll hate, but stick with it because I promise that the ending will be good no matter what happens in this, especially soon.
