The End Of Time
This Needs To Be Handled
Chapter Eighty-Five
Austin
It has been a little over two weeks since I last saw Brooklyn.
Gabe, their manager, had called me and told me she was pretty sick about five days
after I left and I was pretty worried but knew she would be okay.
"Hey man we have an interview and them sound check so let's get going!" Alan said
bringing me out of my daze.
I nodded and got up grabbing a monster following Alan out of the bus.
"Have you heard anything from the wife?"
"No, she's probably asleep or something but I know she hasn't been feeling to well." I
said looking at him.
Alan nodded looking thoughtful, "What do you think it is?"
"Gabe told me she had a fever and a bad stomach ache so they think it's just a stomach
bug that should pass over."
"Oh like that one Tino go when we went over seas that one year. He couldn't even walk
20 feet without throwing up and that lasted a whole week."
Alan and I laughed remembering that memory. Tino was sick for a whole week
throwing up, headaches, 104 fever, you name it he had it.
"Well that was a tour to remember." I said as we entered the venue walking towards the
green room.
When we got into the green room I sat on the couch checking my phone to see 5 miss
calls from Brooklyn. This needed to get handled before this interview.
Notes
Cliffy!! What do you think Brooklyn is calling him about? Let me know what you think.
I think I'd rather have you finish "It's not over till it's over" (because you've already started writing a sequel and I really want to see how they'll manage with Brooklyn's memory loss) but I also love "The end of time" a lot.
So anyway I hope you'll keep writing at least one of these stories because you're a very good writer :)
