Chapter Seventy-Three

Austin

I had an interview, then a signing, then we perform.

Right now I was looking through the schedule for today to figure out the times I could

call Brooklyn.

"Austin! Let's go you have an interview!" Mike, our manger said.

I sighed and put my phone in my back pocket walking out of the bus.

"It's Austin!"

"Austin!"

"Austin can you take a picture!"

"OMG Austin!"

I smiled and looked over at the fans against the fence. It was amazing to see how

dedicated they were to us and that they get to shows early at insane times!

I walked over and signed some stuff, took pictures on their phones, or just said hi.

"Sorry guys I have to go to an interview!" I said and waved bye to them.

Following my manger I walked inside the venue and to the green room.

"Okay, this is everything tv, their on YouTube." Mike said and I nodded.

I walked over and tapped the persons shoulder.

"Hello I'm Austin." I said introducing myself.

The person turned around, "Hey I'm Sierra."

She held her hand our and I shook it.

"Okay so are you ready for the interview?" Sierra said.

I nodded and sat down on the couch as she sat with me.

*Interview*

Sierra: "Hey guys! I'm Sierra and today we are interview Of Mice & Men, well actually

one member. Could you tell us your name and your role in the band?"

Me: "I'm Austin Carlile and I sing really loudly for Of Mice & Men."

Sierra laughed, "You are currently on the American Dream Tour with Bring Me The

Horizon, how is that going?"

Me: "It's a lot of fun! Oli and I have been friends for awhile and this tour was perfect for

us to catch up and do what we love together. But it's also hard because I left my wife at

home while she does her album and then she is on tour."

Sierra: "Yes, you did just get married to Brooklyn from The End Of Time. How is it

being married to her?"

I smiled thinking about Brooklyn. She was amazing and I miss her so much.

Me: "I love it! Brooklyn is so amazing and she is such a lovely woman. It was so hard to

leave her at home but we will be together in about two months because we'll be on tour

together. Then um I think we were talking about taking a little break."

Sierra smiled looking down at her notes, "Aww that's so cute! Okay, so new album. How

was it creating the album?"

Me: "It was a lot of fun. Great to have Aaron with us, he made an amazing addition to

our little family."

Sierra: "Yeah, Aaron is very sweet. What about your wife any news on their album?"

Me: "No idea. She wouldn't let me see any lyrics or music."

Sierra: "Maybe there's a surprise for you! Are you thinking about warped tour?"

Me: "Yes, we have thought about it and I believe that The End Of Time is also thinking

about it. Although, we are in Europe after this and then South America with them so we

might be looking at the end of warped tour."

Sierra nodded, "Sounds like fun! That's a lot of traveling though."

I agreed and we went on with the interview for twenty more minutes.

After the interview I thanked Sierra and decided to call Brooklyn while I walked to the

signing.

Brooklyn: "Hey Carlile! What's up babe?"

I smiled hearing her voice, "Just finished an interview and now walking to our signing.

What about you?"

Brooklyn: "At the studio. We just finished recording half the album, only three more

songs left. So we hope to finish one more before the photo-shoot later today and then

finish the album tomorrow."

Me: "That's good baby! I'm very proud and excited to hear it. Just don't work yourself to

hard okay?"

Brooklyn laughed, "I won't. Tell the guys I say hey and everyone here says hi."

Me: "Hello Aleah, Matthew, Chris, and Drew."

I heard them yell hey and I smiled as I reached the table and heard fans yelling as they

saw me sit at the end next to Tino.

Brooklyn: "I so heard all of the fans yelling!"

I laughed and told her hold on as I put my hand over the phone.

"Okay, when I move my hand from the phone I want you all to yell either hey Brooklyn

or hey The End Of Time okay?"

They all nodded and I moved my hand.

"Hey Brooklyn!"

"Hey The End Of Time!" I smiled.

Brooklyn laughed, "Put the phone on speaker and hook it up to the stereo system you

have playing."

I did as she asked and then I heard the band.

"Hello everyone! Hey Of Mice & Men!" They yelled.

All the fans cheered and I unhook the phone.

"That was fun. I should let you go so you can finish that song but text me as soon as

your done."

Brooklyn: "Of course! I love you Carlile."

I smiled, "I love you Brooks!"

I hung up and all the fans aww'd.

"Okay, who is ready to party!" Alan yelled as soon as I sat down.
