Chapter Thirty-Seven

Brooklyn

I woke up and turned over seeing Emily curled up in Austin's spot and Austin missing.

I smiled knowing that she either came in here and asked Austin or that Austin heard

something and went and got her.

Getting up I kissed Emily's head and put on a pair of Austin's shorts that were on the

floor rolling them up to fit me.

I walked downstairs into the kitchen and leaned against wall watching Austin whistle

making breakfast.

"Nice ass babe!" I said.

Austin jumped and turned around looking at me with wide-eyes.

I laughed seeing that he dropped a pancake on the floor.

"Look what you made me do! I dropped a perfectly good pancake!"

Walking over to him I wrapped my arms around his waist and said, "Oh well."

Austin laughed and turned in my arms getting back to making pancakes.

"Are you making eggs, bacon, waffles, toast? We don't know what Emily likes so you

should be making more than one thing Aus."

He sighed, "If I have too!"

I hit his ass, "Oh you are such a girl!"

He turned around and picked up a pancake from the plate and threw it at me.

"I'm a girl? I don't know about that, soon you won't think I'm a girl!" He said and

laughed as I just stared at him.

I flipped him off and picked up the pancake as I walked over and put it in his boxers.

"What the fuck! Brooklyn!" Austin screamed, laughing.

I started laughing and ran away from him into the living room.

Austin ran after me and picked me up putting my over his shoulder.

"Austin, put me down!" I said and hit his ass, laughing.

"Austin? Brooklyn?" I heard Emily say and turned my head around him seeing her walk

down the stairs.

"Yes Emily?" Austin said walking over to her with me still over his shoulder.

Emily started laughing seeing me, "Goodmorning you guys."

"Goodmorning sunshine!" Austin said and carried me into the kitchen as Emily

followed.

"Goodmorning Emily!" I said and Austin finally put me down on the island.

"You are such a butt Austin!" He smiled and kissed me, going back to his cooking.

I saw Emily sit at one of the chairs and I smiled, "How did you sleep last night?"

Emily looked at Austin and back down, "Okay, I woke up at 3 and came into your room.

I'm sorry."

I looked at Austin and back at Emily, "Sweetheart it's perfectly fine. We told you, you

could come into our room. I'm glad you did if you were scared or something was

bothering you."

She smiled and nodded.

"Emily, what would you like to eat?" Austin said looking back at her.

"Umm, can I have pancakes and bacon?"

"Ha, I told you!" I said sticking my tongue out at Austin.

Emily laughed and I got up asking her what she would like to drink.

I got a glass and poured milk into it giving it to her, as well as getting to glasses for

Austin and I pouring orange juice in his and apple juice in mine.

Austin had just finished making pancakes and bacon. I helped him putting some on a

plate for Emily.

"Here you go!" I said putting the plate in-front of her.

"Thank you Brooklyn." She said and started eating.

"Of course."

I say down next to Austin and we started eating making small talk with Emily.

We all finished in about 30 minutes and Austin brought Emily into the living room

while I did the dishes.

When I walked in Emily looked scared.

"Okay, Emily so what happened last night? You can talk to us about it." Austin said

pulling me to sit in-between his legs.
