Alan's POV

Austin threw his controller across the room and it hit the wall with a small bang. I laughed as he mumbled a couple of cuss words under his breath and lent back so that his head was resting against the side of his bed. I ran my fingers through his hair and bent down to kiss his forehead.
"And I win... Again." Phil laughs, punching the air in victory.
It had been nine days since Austin told me how he felt. Since then I guess we had been in a 'secret' relationship. Only Phil and Aaron knew and that's how we planned on keeping it. Neither of us fancied telling our parents because we knew we wouldn't have their blessing and there was no way we were going to come out at school. For one, it wasn't anybody's business but our own but also it would just make everything so much harder. No one would understand and it'd only make us a target for name calling and bullying. In fairness, I was used to that but I knew Austin wasn't and I'd never want him to go through it.
"Well, as much as I would like to keep watching you lose. I have to go to work." Phil said, turning to Austin.
"That's cool, man." Austin replied, smiling at his best friend. "I'll see you on Monday."
They bumped fists and then he turned to me and said goodbye before leaving the room. As soon as the door was closed, Austin turned to me, a smirk plastered across his face.
"What?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
Austin sat up on his knees and placed his hands on my legs. I was sat on the edge of his bed and he was still on the floor.
"We're alone for the first time all week." He whispered, looking up at me with a mischievous grin.
My heart began to race as he stood up and slowly pushed me back down onto his bed. He was hovering over me and I could feel his breath on my neck. He skimmed his lips across my collar bone and I sighed, unaware I had been holding my breath.
"Stop teasing me Austin, please." I murmured.
He looked at me, his gaze locking with mine for what felt like forever. I always get so lost in his eyes. His eyes flickered to my lips and he slowly connecting his cool mouth to my own. I laced my arms around his neck and pulled his head down closer to me, his hands were on the bed, either side of my hips, keeping him hovering over him. I wanted to be closer to him so I flipped us over so that he was lying down and I was straddling him. I moved my lips to his neck and began nibbling and sucking on the space underneath his ear. He groaned and tightened his grip on my hips.
"Fuck, Alan." He moaned as I found his sweet spot. I bit down harder, positive I had made a mark and smiled against his neck.
His hands made their way up underneath my shirt and I shivered as his soft hands brushed against my skin.

Suddenly, the sound of my ringtone burst through the room, causing us both to sigh and Austin's hands to drop to his sides. I looked apologetically at Austin before rolling off of him and pulling my phone out of my pocket.
"What?" I asked, sounding more frustrated than I had meant to.
"Don't use that tone with me young man." My mum's voice scolded from the other end. "Where are you, it's nine and I told you me and you're father are going out. I need you back as soon as possible or you will be grounded."
"Slow down mum. I'm sorry, OK? I just lost track of the time, that's all." I answered.
"Yes well, I mean it, start making your way back now."
"Fine." I mumbled before hanging up the phone.
I turned to Austin who was still lying on his back, staring at the ceiling.
"I'm sorry Austin but I have to go." I spoke, quietly.
He turned to me and half-smiled. "That's OK. Do you need a ride home?"
"Um, that would be great actually, thanks."
He sat up and put two fingers under my chin before bringing our lips together in a quick, chaste kiss.
We get up from his bed and begin to leave the room when the door opens and in walks Austin's parents.
"Oh, Alan?" His mum says, looking slightly confused. "I didn't know you'd be here."
I began to get nervous and worried about whether his parents suspected anything. I fumbled with my hands and looked to the ground as I opened and closed my mouth, trying to find something to say.
"Alan just came round to play video games for a bit." Austin interjected, saving me from embarrassing myself.
"Well that's lovely." His mum smiled. "It's nice to see you two hanging out together again. You used to be such good friends."
She lent forwards and placed a kiss on her son's forehead before making her way into the kitchen.
"Shit that was close." I breathed once she was completely out of view.
"Stop getting so paranoid all the time." Austin laughed. "She won't find out."

"Alan!" My mum shouted from downstairs.
I groaned. She always decides to shout me the moment I'm comfortable and it was extremely irritating but I knew that if I decided to pretend I couldn't hear her then she'd just keep shouting so I dragged myself downstairs and peeked my head around the door to the lounge.
"I just got a call from Austin's parents." She spoke.
I gulped and felt my heart begin to race. Shit. Shit. Shit. They found out. They knew.
"I'm so glad you and Austin are friends again." She smiled at me. "He's a good boy."
I stared at her as if waiting for her to go on and tell me she knew about us and about our little secret but it never came. Instead she just turned back to the TV and was soon absorbed in a boring looking soap opera. I sighed in relief and ran a hand through my hair. I had got to stop worrying so much. No one was going to find out about me and Austin.

Notes

Here's chapter 6! I'm not 100% happy with it but there wasn't much more I could put in this chapter. It's more of just the beginning of a chain of events. I can't wait for you all to read the rest. I actually have the entire story planned out already and about three more chapters ahead of this written out. I've worked it out that the entire story will have 20 chapters so it's all about to start getting interesting soon.
