Austin and Alan both went their own ways once high school started; finding the places and the cliches that they fit into and staying there. Yet, there was still some unexplainable force constantly trying to pull them both together, as if the universe had already decided that their friendship was important.
The two of them hadn't been friends, or even shared a quiet 'hello' when passing in the hallways, for at least four years but when they see each other at a party, it brings up some old feelings that Alan had been trying so hard to push away all these years.
