An Alan Ashby Fanfiction

The chick flick had just ended;
“Boys, consider your punishment over!” I laughed as I threw pillows in the air, all the boys cheered as they hugged me, wishing me a goodnight. I looked at the time, it was 11am. The bus had started moving about an hour ago, once all the police had left.
Alan and I walked into our room and went to bed.

It had been an hour and I was still awake, I crawled out of my bed and hopped into Alan’s bed;
“Hey.” Alan stretched, “Whatcha doing?” he asked me as he yawned.
“I can’t sleep.” I said as I snuggled into his side, Alan wrapped his arm around me. “Plus you looked comfy.” I added, earning a giggle from Alan.
Alan fell back to sleep after ten minutes, but I however remained awake; suffocated by thoughts of how it was my fault Jared had nearly raped me.
If you hadn’t been so stupid, you would’ve told someone and this never would’ve happened!
God Victoria, you’re so fucking stupid.
It’s. All. You’re. Fault.

I started to cry, that really horrible cry. The kind of cry where you make no sound, where your body makes no movement, but the kind where the tears fall silently down your face and you’re left with the feeling like there is a ton of bricks on your chest.
