Save Me

I couldn't deal with it anymore. My thoughts screamed. "You'll never be good enough." "You're ugly, stupid and unlovable." My head felt like it was gonna explode. "Did you hear me Jez?" Austin asked. "No! Just make it stop!!" I yelled and then I didn't remember a thing after that. Bright white lights. Crisp and uncomfortable sheets. Sterile smell. I was in a hospital. But why? I opened my eyes slowly and heard men's voices softly talking. I could have sworn I saw a dinosaur on the ceiling walking on a rainbow. They had me on meds. I was hallucinating. But strangely aware of everything else. "Is she gonna wake up any time soon?" I heard Austin ask. "She might be already up." Austin walked into the room immediately. "Hey." he whispered. "What kind of psyco am I, Aus?" "A severely depressed and anxiety one." Austin said seriously. "Oh." "Jezabelle... I have something to ask you." "What?" "Be mine? Please." "Of course." I said. My best friend and her boyfriend walked in. "Millie. AJ. Hey." I said. "Ready to go home?" AJ asked. "I'm not leaving the guys." "Yeah you are." "You've lost your mind if you think you're taking my girlfriend away from me. " Austin said, grabbing my hand. "Or our little sis from us." Mike spoke for the rest if the band members which were now filling the room. "Look at you. You're pathetically tagging along with these guys. Like you have nothing better to do than be with a bunch of low life tattooed men!" Millie said. "I don't!" I yelled. "These guys are my FAMILY!" "And she's our family. We love her." Oli said. "She's not pathetic. What is pathetic is that you are so jealous that you have to take her away from the people who truly care about her and love her." Vic said. "She's my girlfriend. She's not going anywhere." Austin said. "Now get OUT!" I yelled just as the nurse came in to release me. Finally. I got to leave with my actual family.
