Save Me

"Oh whatever love. They will adore you." Oli said as we were walking around the grocery store the day before Warped Tour. We both needed groceries before we left, so we decided to go together before I went out with Alan, Tino, Phil and Aaron. "You sure?" I asked, picking up a 24 pack if Monsters and then rethinking it, knowing we'd need a lot more than that and picking up another 24 pack. Oli laughed at my hesitation picking up the second pack. "Yes. You'll need both." He confirmed my suspicions. I laughed, setting it on top of the first one. "And yes, they'll love you. I'm sure you sing great." He said, grabbing five big bags of Doritos. I laughed as I looked at both of our carts filled with mostly junk food.. we looked like we were feeding an army of people. Which considering the guys, they equaled an army. "I'm not sure." I said, continuing our conversation as we walked onto the meats aisle. "Well, sing for me then, love." He said, grinning. I sighed, knowing I wouldn't get out of what he was telling me to do. "True friends lie underneath, their witty words I don't believe I can't believe a," I paused at the cuss word. "Thing they say anymore. Lie, lie, liar, liar you'll pay for your sins." I sang as best I could, getting rewarded with many stares from the people surrounding us now and a very happy looking Oliver. Everyone around clapped and some recognized me, asking for a picture with Kellin's girlfriend. I laughed as everyone started dissipating. Oli was just finishing up with some fans, and he joined me as I grabbed three packs of steaks. "They already love you." Oli laughed as we were finishing checking out. I smiled, pushing my buggy through the door and out to my car. Oli stopped at my car, giving me a hug bye. "I'll see you when we get to the first venue, okay?" He said, letting go of me. "Yeah. See ya." I said, putting my groceries in the back of my tiny Bug. It took me a few minutes, but I got them all into my trunk and headed back home. The ride back home was pretty long. I popped the newest SWS CD into my CD player and turned it up very loud, singing along with it. In reality, I was practicing for our first show. We were supposed to preform three songs from the new CD, "Feel", which would be "Free Now" "Alone" and "Feel" of course. And then "Roger Rabbit" and "With Ears To See And Eyes To Hear". I was stoked. So ready for it. I loved singing with the guys while we were all hanging out, just messing around. Actually singing with them, live, in front of an audience would be a thousand times better. "Congratulations! They say you're man! Congratulations!" I sang along with my favorite song on the CD. I laughed as people at the stop light stared at me like I was a total lunatic. "Baby! I'm home!" I hollered through our huge house. "Well hey baaaabby!" Acealeigh winked jokingly at me as she gave me a hug. "Hey. Where's Kell?" I asked. "In the bus. Cleaning." "Will you help me get the groceries outta the car so I can get ready for Alan to come pick me up?" I asked. "Yep." She said. I went and grabbed the Monsters first, lugging them into the bus. "Hey baby. Thanks." Kellin said, immediately taking the two packs from me and putting them into the refrigerator. "Yep." I said, kissing him as Acealeigh came back in with the rest of the groceries. Kellin quickly put them away and went back to putting our suitcases where they should be and making all the beds. "Okay, babe. I'm gonna go get ready. Alan should be here in about an hour." I said, checking the time on my iPhone. "Okay, hun. I love you. See you when you get back." He said, kissing me again as Acealeigh made puking noises. I laughed and went to get ready. "What's up ginger?!" I said as I got into the passenger seat of Alan's car. I turned around to see Tino, Phil, and Aaron all squished into the back seat. "Hey guys!" I said happily, giving each of them a high five. "Hey, I figured we would pick up Oli on our way there as well." Alan said. I looked around warily, wondering where Oliver would sit. As if reading my mind, Alan answered. "We'll squish him next to you. He's your bestie after all. No biggie." Alan said, waving a hand at me. I sighed, knowing I would seriously be squished. Knowing Oli, he might sit on me. We soon pulled up to Oli's & Bella's house, and I got out to go get him. I knocked a couple times before I walked in, knowing my sister didn't care and neither did Oli. I walked upstairs, seeing Oli sitting on their little balcony. He looked over and saw me. "Oh. Okay, let's go." He said, hopping up without saying goodbye to Bella who I assumed wasn't home. "Where did Bella go?" I questioned as we both slid into the front seat. "She went to see your mother in jail.." he said. I just about screamed. "She did what?!" I did scream. "You heard me." Oli said, staring out the windshield. I was furious. "She wanted to meet her in person.. I told her it was a horrid idea, but your sister is stubborn." He said. I started texting my insane as heck twin. Texts to Bella: Me: What's your problem?! You're crazy! Get out of that jail! And I mean now! Bella: I wanted to meet our mother in person before we went back on tour. Me: You have lost your ever loving mind. -.- That is a terrible idea. But whatever. Oli and I warned you. Bella: what? Oli's with you? He didn't tell me this. Me: yeah. He's with me, Alan, Tino, Phil and Aaron. We are going to lunch and going to the beach. Bella: ok. Whatever. Then I stopped texting my moody sister. "What did she say, love?" Oli asked. "That she wanted to meet our mother and that she didn't know you were with us. She's mad." I said. He shrugged it off as we pulled up to the beach. Thankfully, it was very empty and hidden. "Let's take a pic." I said. I held out my phone and took a pic with the five guys, immediately uploading it to Instagram. "@jezzy_boo: hanging out with the best friends a girl could ever have! I love y'all! @alanashby @tinoartega @philmanansala @oliversykes @aaronpauley" All their phones made notification sounds and I laughed as they looked at the picture we had taken. "Come on Jezzy. Let's jump off the pier." Phil said, grabbing my arm and dragging me to the end of the pier. Together, we jumped. I laughed as we came to the surface, looking like drowned rats. Phil's long hair was all in his face. He pushed it out of his face, swimming back to shore, as did I. The rest of the beach trip was mostly filled with the guys and I jumping off the pier and fooling around like we always do. After that, we went to lunch at the little beach side restaurant and headed home. I hugged all the OM&M guys, knowing I wouldn't see them for a while. "I love y'all. Austin and I may have failed, but I love y'all. Got that?" They all nodded, giving me several "Love you too, Jezzy's." I smiled, closing the door and heading to the bus. Lily was already in there, laying on the couch. But what I didn't expect to see was all the Sws guys scattered about. "Baby?" I called for Kellin, whom I found in the lounge, playing Call Of Duty with Jack. "Are we leaving early?" I asked him. He paused the game to pay attention. "Yeah, baby." He said. "Then why are we all sitting around?" I asked, laughing. "We're waiting for the driver to get here. Then we gotta wait for the driver of the band van to get here. Then we're off." He said, looking distracted by his game again. I didn't reply, I just went to go sit by Jesse in the living room. "Hey, Jez." He said, hugging me. "We missed you. The whole band." He said, pulling me next to him so that I was leaning on his shoulder. Kellin walked in, looking at Jesse and I. "Trying to steal my girlfriend, Jess?" He joked, grabbing a Monster and cracking it open, sitting in between me and Jesse so that I was laying on him instead. Jesse laughed and shook his head. "Definitely not. I saw how you were the last time someone stole her." I cringed at the thought of my last relationship and how awful it ended. Kellin made soothing circles on my arm with his thumb to calm me down. I sighed, snuggling closer to him. He kissed my forehead as Jesse left the room. "I love you." He said, lifting my chin up so that he could see my face. He kissed me softly, and then again. He kissed me a few more times and I laid my head back down on his chest, sighing again. I heard the band van crank up, and then the bus started moving. Kellin picked me up like a kid would be picked up and carried me to the bunks. He laid me down and crawled into bed after me, wrapping his arms around me. I relaxed into his arms and soon fell asleep, as did he. Tomorrow was gonna be a long day. I could feel it.
