The Twisted

The Lunch

I purposely walked into our bedroom wearing only a towel. I saw Mike roll over in bed and grumble in his sleep. I went to my dressing table and switched on my hair dryer. It started blowing loudly and I smiled. I heard Mike groan and saw him pull the covers over his head. I turned off the dryer after a while and set it down. Mike sat up in bed and glared at me. "What the fuck, Kay'!" he exclaimed.
"Sorry," I smirked.
"No you're not,"
"You're right," I agreed. "What shall I wear today?" I asked seriously.
"You're going for that girls lunch right?" he asked.
"Yeah," I nodded. "It's a PTV girls day. There's me, and Jess and Ellie. And her,"
"Her, who?"
"The her I can never remember her name. Tony's lover. The one he's almost going out with,"
"I know. Is Abby going?'
"Of course she is," I smiled. "She may not be dating any of you guys or have slept with you but she has lived with you for a three month tour,"
"Didn't she sleep with Vic?"
"Yeah, but we don't talk about that. And she was shit faced,"
"Oh, right," he nodded.
"Now again, what shall I wear?" I asked again.
"You know I think you're hot whatever you wear. You're perfect,"
"That's sweet," I replied. "Why are you not rapping at me and calling me your hoe?" I asked seriously.
"Trying something new. Apparently girls are into that shit," Mike teased.
"Still think you have a chance winning that bet?" I sighed.
"I know I do,"
"Really?" I asked and dropped my towel. Mike looked me up and down and smiled. I turned around for him and his eyes followed me. I walked over to the wardrobe and flicked through my clothes. I slipped on some underwear walked over to Mike. "Feel like quitting yet?" I teased.
"Nope. You're actually give me inspiration,"
"What?"
"You know, Whiskey wants to sing a song about a hot girl that is aware of her hotness but chooses to not put out,"
"Was that a brief bio of your high school years?" I saw Mike about to open his mouth but I stopped him. "Don't quote to me," I warned.
"I won't, I promise," he laughed. "And you should wear that shirt that Tony gave you. The Key Street one,"
"The grey one or the black one,"
"The white,"
"I knew that," I shrugged. I went over to my wardrobe and pulled on a pair of black skinny jeans. I put on the top and went over to my dressing table. Mike watched me put my make up on and came up behind me.
"I love you," he told me. I got up and wrapped my arms around his neck. We kissed for a moment and pulled away.
"I love you too," I finally replied. I turned away and grabbed my bag. "What are you doing today?"
"Chilling with the guys. Vic wants to pack,"
"Why? We have a week," I sighed.
"I know," he nodded. "By the way, are you excited?"
"Not as much as normal. I can't get drunk and high anymore,"
"You can," he thought. "Just not every night,"
"Thanks," I smiled.
"Have fun today," he told me.
"You too," I said. I leant down and kissed him longly on the lips. I pulled away and wiped my lip stick off with my thumb.
"Why you wearing lipstick?" he asked as I turned to walk out of the room.
"It makes me feel skinny!" I called over my shoulder.
"You are!"
"Not for much longer!" I yelled.
"See you!"
"Bye!" I laughed. I walked downstairs and into the hall. I picked up my keys on the way out.
I got into my car and drove onto the road. I headed down a few streets and came to some traffic lights. I spotted Jess's car and parked behind it. I got out and walked slowly to a small Italian place. I went inside and a man greeted me. He led me over to our table and I found the girls waiting for me. I beamed and they grinned back.
"Kay'!" Abby exclaimed. She got up to hug me and I wrapped my arms around her.
"Hi," I smiled. Then I went to hug Jess, but left out the other two. I don't feel we're at that stage yet.
"You just missed it!" Jess rushed.
"Missed what?"
"Sasha Monroe was just in here. She was me and came over asking where you were and I told her you were probably too busy making out with your husband," Abby smirked.
"Did she hurry away?" my eyes glinted.
"Like she'd been slapped in the face," Jess confirmed.
"Sorry," I told Ellie and Hannah.
"The last time Kay' saw her she roughed her up a little," Abby laughed.
"Are you ready to order?" a man asked.
"Hmm. . ." I muttered as the other girls ordered. "I'll get a pizza. The nice one with the olives,"
"Sure thing," the man smiled.
"Oh and a lemonade,"
"I'll bring it over," he said and walked away.
"Are you organised for the tour?" Hannah asked.
"Sort of," I shrugged.
"I know Jaime can't wait. He's getting that excited squirrel look about him again," Jess laughed.
"He always has that look," Abby reminded her.
"No, a few days before he's awful. He lives off energy drinks and anticipation,"
"That sounds like Jaime," I added.
"Tony can't wait either," Hannah told us.
"Are you together now?" I asked seriously.
"Kind of. It's kind of difficult,"
"How come?" Jess asked. The man put my drink in front of me and I sipped it.
"I shouldn't be telling you this. Not if he hasn't told you, Kayleigh,"
"Come on," I urged.
"He doesn't want to start things when he's going on tour. He said he wants us to keep how we are and if we're still as into each other when he gets back he's going to ask me," she explained.
"Oh," I muttered.
"That makes sense," Ellie said. We all turned to look at her and I rolled my eyes.
"No it doesn't," I countered.
"I'll talk to him, Hannah," I promised.
"Thanks," she smiled.
"Has Vic told you both?" Ellie asked Abby and I.
"Told us what?" Abby asked.
"About the tour,"
"What do you mean?' I asked quickly.
"He asked me to come with him. I'm going too,"
"You're what?" I asked weakly.
"I'll be coming too,"
"What about work?" Abby asked nervously.
"I'm not working right now. Vic's arranged for me to get an extra bed,"
"Great," I smiled. I looked over at Abby and saw her raise her eyebrows.
"I think I'll go to the bathroom before the food gets here," I said. I stood up and looked at Abby and Jess.
"Me too," Abby added.
"I went to do a make up check," Jess said awkwardly. We started walking to the bathroom and when we got into the ladies we started frowning.
"Oh God," I muttered.
"I don't like her," Jess frowned.
"Me either," Abby said.
"It's not me not liking her. I just think she's a little weird," I said slowly.
"Do you think she'll be okay? She looks a little timid," Jess suddenly said.
"Are you joking?" Abby asked.
"We're going on tour with Bring me and Of Mice. She'll be dead before we get out of state," I added.

Notes

Hey! What did you think? Do you like Ellie? Do you like Tony's almost girlfriend? In what way do you think all the boys will murder Ellie? :)

@Jokerdabae
It's no longer up! I had a block and only got one chapter in anyway. But One Hundred Sleepless Nights and Buiscuits, Senior Year and the Fuentes Family is something similar that you'll probably like, one is a Vic story, the other is a Mike one xx

Is the sequel link not working or is it just my stupid phone??
