Too Soon

Today I was interview free. I had nothing scheduled, meaning neither did Danny. I thought that would be nice but each day I have had some footage of something. I've been debating whether to put video ideas in a bowl and then pick one out.
Danny feels the same way. We went to the merch tents three separate times hoping to spot someone to talk to. Danny let his head drop onto my shoulder and groaned. I laughed and lifted his head up.
"What's up?" I asked.
"This is all The Quinn's fault," Danny complained.
"I don't know why we call him that," I said.
"It just sounds right. I'm sure his wife calls him that in the bedroom,"
"Danny!" I gasped.
"It's probably true,"
"Probably," I agreed.
"Anyway, he turned us down for the Anthem Made interview,"
"He was too busy,"
"Yeah right. Doing what? Their set, a signing then getting drunk,"
"Maybe we should see," I said and bit down on my lip.
"What do you mean?" Danny questioned.
"Well, just say we get changed into some black clothes then followed The Quinn. Not only would it make a cool video but we could use it against him to get the Anthem Made interview,"
"You're so devious, Gem'," Danny grinned.
"Shall we go and get changed?" I asked.
"Let's do it," Danny urged.
We went back to the bus. I changed into black skinny jeans, a black vest and a black hat. I walked out of the bathroom and straightened myself. Danny laughed and I looked at him. He was wearing nearly the same as me.
"We look like we're in a gang," Danny commented.
"We could be," I grinned.
Danny grabbed his small camera and we walked off of the bus. We walked down a few buses and stopped. Danny started recording and I looked into the camera.
"Hey, it's Gemma reporting in for the 'Followers'. We don't have an interview today or a vlog. Kellin Quinn turned us down because he's busy," I rolled my eyes. "I think it's bullshit. So myself and my camera guy," I said and Danny turned it around to show himself. "have decided to do the sensible and stalk him. We're not sure how long for. Until he gives us an interview date or gets a restraining order," I shrugged.
"Bus in sight," Danny said.
We started to walk over to it and I ducked down. I saw the merch guy for them and watched him unload before hurrying away. I got up to the window and peered inside.
"Target not home. Repeat. The Quinn is not here," I said seriously.
We walked through crowds until we reached the tents. I cleared the way and did a roll. I got some stares but heard Danny laugh behind me.
"A fact for you all. Gemma is the best ninja England has to offer,"
"I'm in the secret service," I said into the camera.
I stopped by Black Veil Brides merch tent. I saw someone pass a few tents with Vic from Pierce The Veil and Gabe from Sleeping With Sirens. When he turned around I realised it was Kellin.
"The Quinn in sight!" I said.
They started walking towards catering. We followed, hiding behind tents and tall fans. They went inside the catering tent and we watched as they went to get food and sit down.
"Let's go!" Danny stage whispered.
We bent down until I was practically crawling on the floor. I saw Austin with Alan, Tino and Jack from All Time Low a few tables away. Then Danny and I crawled under the free table next to the one Kellin was at. Danny filmed me now with Kellin the the background.
"We are behind enemy lines," I stage whispered. "Not only is the target - The Quinn - in sight. But we also have Gabe and their Mexican friend, Victor,"
"They're looking!" Danny gasped.
"They're looking," I repeated.
"Gemma? Danny?" Vic asked.
"Um . . . Yeah," I muttered.
"Hi," Danny grinned.
"Why are you under a table?" Gabe asked.
"Austin, dude! Your crazy girl is stalking me!" Kellin called over to Austin.
I heard Austin laugh and he walked over. I crawled out from under the table and Austin helped me up. I turned to Danny and looked at the camera.
"We have been discovered. Who knows what of inhumane tortures we will be subjected to!"
"Kellin beat boxing?" Vic offered.
"Hey!" Kellin frowned at Vic. "Why did you follow me?" he questioned.
"You said you were too busy for the Anthem Made interview,"
"I am," he laughed nervously.
"Bullshit," I muttered.
"Give her the interview," Austin urged and put his arm around my waist.
"Fine, just let me go to the bathroom without you following me," he half laughed.
I looked into the camera and smiled widely.
"Mission completed," I signed off.
