2 Months Later

At least my pregnancy belly wasn’t showing as much as it did with Mia. I stood sideways in the mirror and my stomach had only just started to protrude. Austin entered the room with a towel wrapped around his waist and I then noticed the sad look on his face.

“What’s wrong?” I asked as I walked up to him and wrapped my arms around his slim waist. He looked down at me and smiled before he stroked his hand down my cheek.

“I don’t want you getting upset again because you think you’re getting fat.” He said to me as he rested his hand on my stomach with a sigh.

“This isn’t fat, Taylor. This is our baby.”

“I know. I’m not going to get upset this time around. I know it’s our baby. I’m more emotionally stable than I was the last time.”

“Good.” Austin smiled and lifted me and twirled us in his arms. I laughed as we landed on the overly large bed and he straddled my waist with a wink. He bent to kiss me when the door came banging open and Mia stood in the doorway crying. Austin swung off me and headed straight to her, not caring this he was now naked.

“What’s the matter, sweetie?” he asked her and she held her left hand up and a clump of Echo’s fur was in her hand. I knelt down next to Mia as I whistled. Echo came bounding into the room and snuffled at Mia’s hand where his fur was.

“Did you think you hurt him, baby girl?” I asked her and she nodded her blonde head before wrapping her arms around Echo’s body. I handed Mia a dog toy that was in the doorway and she disappeared back into the living room with Echo trailing behind her.

Austin laughed and rolled onto his back. I kicked the door closed before kneeling next to him. He arched his brow at me and I winked at him before we proceeded to make love on the floor near our bedroom door. When I was showering Austin was sitting on the counter on his phone.

“Yeah, I guess we can do that…I’ll have to talk to Taylor…she’s my wife, Bobby, I run everything by her…Tuesday, that should be okay…good, bye.”

“What was that about?” I asked as I opened the shower door and Austin wrapped me in a fluffy white towel with a smile.

“Bobby wants us to go on tour starting Tuesday. It’s only going to be around our area and only ten shows.”

“I thought you were on hiatus?” I wondered as I walked into the bedroom and changed into my clothes. Tuesday was only three days away and Austin would be gone for two weeks.

“We are but apparently Bobby is getting emails left, right and centre asking for a tour. If you don’t want me to go then I won’t go. It’s as simple as that, angel.”

“No, go. It will do you good to get back out there. I’ll miss you like crazy though.” I sat on the bed and tied my shoelaces and Austin crouched on the floor. I looked into those chocolate brown eyes that I’d fallen madly in love with and smiled down at him.

“You can come with me. Before you complain Mia is now four. You said when she turns five that she can come on tour I know she’s a year out but I won’t be able to do this without my two girls by my side. I’d be worrying too much.”

“You’re not flying anywhere?”

“No, I won’t do it any other way that a tour bus. I can’t risk it.” He reached out and put his hand over my stomach and kissed it with a smile.

“Okay.”

“Really? I thought you were going to argue with me on this.”

“No, you need to get back and perform. I know you’re dying here.”

“No, I’m perfectly happy now. Music has become a hobby now not my life. You’ve become my life.” He kissed my stomach again and stood up, pulling me with him before wrapping me in his long arms.

“We should tell Mia then that she’s going to be going on a road trip.”

“Are you one hundred percent sure about this?”

“Yes.” I stood on my tip toes and kissed him on the tip of the nose. “Let’s get you back out there, tiger.”

I'll probably be rounding this off to 40 chapters if I can think of something to write. The next few will be about the tour. I hope that's okay :)
