Chapter FortyOne
Caspian walked in through my door just as I walked out from my shower. Covered in nothing. He stared at me for a short moment before he turned around, crimson red in his face, and apologized.
"It’s okay, I guess you’ve seen a naked women before" I said and wrapped the towel in my hand around my body. I walked into my bedroom and put on some underwear and a big t-shirt.
"So where are we going this time?" I asked.
"South america, and then Asia" Caspian said. I froze. So I wouldn’t even be in the states? Shit. My plan on going and seeing Austin crashed. Fuck.
I packed my bag and picked up my phone. Austin had left for New York yesterday and he had promised he would call when he landed. But well.. you heard me. He left YESTERDAY. Maybe I’m just overreacting but still… He promised. I sighed and sent him a text.

My plans on visiting you on tour just crashed
From: Austin
Really? How come?
From: Essie
Glad to see you’re alive, but well. Apparently our new tour is in South America and Asia. So no surprise visit.
From: Austin
Sorry, I forgot. Don’t take it personal, we’ve just had a lot of things to do.

A lot of things to do? I thought your tour didn’t start until tomorrow?

Alan kinda tripped on his own feet, fell down the stairs from the plane and broke his arm and hand. So we’re desperately looking for a new guitarist.

Shit, that’s unlucky. How is he?
From: Austin
Grumpy, but we’ve kinda found one to replace him.

Have fun in the south
And with that I knew we wouldn’t text anymore tonight. I sighed and picked up my bag and handed it to Caspian. He chuckled and asked if I had trouble with Austin again.
"Actually no, I’m just sighing because I know it will be a while before I hear from him again" I said and looked at Caspian. He gave me a small smile and patted my shoulder.
"It will be okay Essie, you won’t lose him" he said.
No, but he might lose me.
Before our tour I went to the hospital again. I wanted to talk about the sudden pain in my neck and throat, and when I told my story he just looked at me.
"I will put a prescription on painkillers, take them when you feel the pain" he said and wrote something down on a paper, and fixed some other papers so that I would be able to get the painkillers to South America and Asia. I nodded and thanked him when we finished and got back to Caspian and Elijah who waited at me.
"Where have you been?" Elijah asked.
"I was at the hospital to see if my tonsillitis was completely gone, and I’m just fine" I said and smiled. They nodded and continued to look at the tv.
We got onboard the plane and we ended up in the back together with All Time Low and You Me At Six. YMAS was really nice and they had humor just like All Time Low. And sitting next to Jack was really fun. He told me stories about things that had happened since last time and told me funny stories. I didn’t even noticed that the plan lifted and before I knew it we were up in the sky.
"I hate flying" Caspian muttered and closed his eyes.

Austin’s POV
I leaned back and zapped through the channels, and suddenly one channel caught my attention. A picture of Semuncia, All Time Low and You Me At Six together with the pictures of a plane surrounded by smoke.
"We are reporting live from Argentina where an American Airplane earlier today crashed at the Buenos Aires Airport. The american plane seemed to have experienced some trouble while going in for landing where the wheels didn’t precipitated as they should, causing the plane to land directly on it’s underside. So far we have no idea about the casualties of the passengers, but we do know that the famous band All Time Low together with Semuncia and You Me At Six was onboard. We will tell you more as soon as we know more about the situation" the reporter said. I just stared at the screen. It looked like the plane was fine.
"A plane crash in Argentina?" Alan asked and looked at the screen. The pictures of Semuncia, All Time Low and You Me At Six was now gone and they only showed the plane.
"Essie was on that plane" I said and swallowed.
"You don’t know that" Alan said and looked surprised.
"They just said that All Time Low together with Semuncia and You Me At Six was on that plane, and that they don’t know about the casualties" I sighed and leaned my face on my hands.
"Shit" Alan said and stared at the screen as well.
