We had made a playlist in advance chalk full of all our favorite bands: Of Mice and Men, Sleeping With Sirens, Pierce The Veil, The Amity Affliction, Memphis May Fire, We Came As Romans, blessthefall, and of course, Bring Me The Horizon. I felt wide awake as butterflies danced in my stomach. We were approaching the exit at last. As we pulled out I could already see people walking to the venue from the furthest parking lots that they must of expected to be less expensive. Having done this before, we knew a lot that was not only very close, but very inexpensive. We parked and walked through the lot to see the already growing crowd. It was only 10, and the doors opened at 11.

The anticipation was killing me as we stood in line. Finally, the gates opened, and we all piled in. It was such an intense feeling knowing that everyone there was just like you. Here for the music the loved and the bands they adored. I felt like a belonged for once. I stepped into the familiar venue and smiled. I was planning on seeing Bring Me The Horizon, Of Mice and Men, Sleeping With Sirens, Memphis May Fire, blessthefall, and Hawthorne Heights. I was disappointed that some of my other favorite bands wouldn't be there, but at least my very favorite would. I checked out the merch for awhile and filled up my water bottle before heading to one of the main stages to wait for Hawthorne Heights to start.
