Left For Dead

Shannon POV
“Thank you guys for coming to see our set, you guys were great, now go have fun and enjoy the rest of warped” Vic shouted through the mic to all of the crowd. As they ran off stage, I walked fairly slow, considering I had just played two sets in a row none stop. When I turned the corner I felt a sweaty body wrapping around mine “thanks so much you are a life saver” Vic said his face buried slightly into my hair. “It's fine, honestly, I enjoyed it” I said smiling looking over his shoulder, I saw jaime who looked angry and in deep thought, and just as Vic had let go Tony had come over and gave me a high five. “Thanks guys” I said smiling and walked off trailing down the steps to where the buses were until I heard my name being shouted “SHANNON WAIT” I turned around quickly hurting my neck slightly so see a very pale Mike running towards me. I smiled. “Hey rockstar” he said embracing me into a tight hug. “Mike I'm all sweaty and dirty” I said trying to wriggle out of his grip. “So, I'm not exactly in the best shape either” he said letting his grip loosen so we could walk slowly back to the busses together. I punched him in the arm and he looked at me giving me an expression of fake hurt “what was that for?” I smiled and stated “for getting pissed out of your head, so much so that you couldn't perform” he smiled coming up with an excuse. “But we were in Vegas” he said whining, “now, how are you feeling?” I asked with slight concern. He shrugged “better” I nodded at his answer and carried on towards the busses, before I was about to say my goodbyes to Mike he stopped me from walking into our bus.
We stood there for a good five minutes talking before we saw Jaime coming towards the bus, we decided to hide around the other side to hopefully hear what was being said about the whole marriage thing. It wasn't really going great but it turned to my worst fear when I heard him say “and we will work getting those papers. 3 months time and we are living our lives again. You probably got me to marry you just so your pity little band can grow a bigger fan base.”“If it weren't for Mike getting sick, for Alex taking your bassist to you, if your band wasn't invited to Warped.. None of this wouldn't have happened”
My body stiffened up and obviously Mike could tell because he rested his hands on my shoulders. I turned to face him, “pity little band?” I look down to the floor as a tear shed from my eye. Suddenly, I felt his finger under my chin slowly lifting my face up so we could make eye contact. “Your band is one of the best I have ever heard, Jaime is just pissed off, ignore him. We befriended you, not the other way around. So that all has to be bullshit because it would make no sense otherwise”. He used his thumb to rid of the tears falling down my cheeks. I smiled slightly “thanks” he removed his hand from my face and looked at me with concern “you okay?” I nodded and gave him a side-grin. He embraced me into another hug, but just as he did, we heard a bang of the bus doors and profanities being muttered from Jaime's mouth. Mike broke the hug and looked me in the eyes “you have had a busy day, you need some rest” I tilted my head “ I'm not the one throwing up everywhere earlier this morning” I grabbed his and and led him onto the bus.
As soon as we walked in I saw vanna hysterical on the sofa with her head pushed into a pillow, while Leon was sitting at her side trying to help calm her down. I held up one finger to Mike telling him I will be one minute. Walking over to Leon, we decided it would be best to lay vanna into the back lounge where she would have more space, and time to herself. Once we had gotten her to stop crying we saw all the girls in the doorframe to the back lounge. They all entered and sat with us. “We heard what happened” echo said with a sigh. Vannas head shot up “how did you hear about it? I swear to god if Jaime to--” then ally spoke up “no vanna it was Mike, Mike Fuentes” vanna looked towards me and furrowed her eyebrows. “Oh after I had finished the set me and him were walking back the the bus and we started talking but then we saw Jaime and ran around the other side, we heard everything. It had upset me too, but after Mike had helped calm me down, I brought him into the bus, because we both need rest, and I can kinda see him going off at Jaime if he goes back to his bus” she nodded. “And we don't want a band splitting up over this” says echo carefully making sure she doesn't upset vanna again. She nodded and whispered in a hourse voice “where is Mike?” I saw ally point to the living space of the bus. Next thing you know I am being pushed off of the sofa and towards the door by Leon, they all shooed me away and locked the door to the back lounge. “Thanks guys” I shouted through the door. “Just go!” I heard vanna shout. Atleast she is feeling better.
I walked through the corridor of bunks and reached the front room to see Mike sitting on the sofa watching game of thrones. I smiled and leant against the doorframe. “Are you just going to stand there and look at me all day or are you going to come and sit and watch the tv with me” he said while his eyes were still fixated on the tv I had noticed he was smirking. I felt my cheeks heat up and there was no doubt they were now a deep ruby colour. I slowly walked towards him and sat down next to him on the sofa, I yawned and he looked towards me “tired?” I nodded he was about to stand up and leave before I took hold of his wrist “stay” he smiled and nodded and took a seat. “Are you ready to officially meet my family” he raised his eyebrows before I shouted for the rest of the fucktards to come to the front “Leon stop pushing you're gonna kill someone” we heard multiple “ows” and profanities being used until we saw all of them make their way into the space and sat down onto the sofa. We all started talking for a long time, I guess this is just the beginning.

Ally's POV
“Over here!” I yelled trying to get their attention. We were currently playing volleyball in a beach near Pamona, California while the crew was getting ready and putting our music equipment and all that back in the busses so we could drive back to the city for our show tomorrow afternoon. Our very intense yet badly played game of volleyball consisted of two teams of four. I had Kellin, Vic and Alex on my team while our opposing team was made up of Shannon, Mike, Echo and Jack.
“Alex that's not fair you're basically letting them win by helping Echo like that, now we're getting crushed. I'll be back I have to pee.” Vic said while running out to get the ball and kicking it back to us, and going back to his bus to use the bathroom. “Sorry!” Alex replied while running over the other side to talk to Jack and Echo. Mike and Shannon then went to go grab a few drinks for us since it was getting really hot and we had been playing out here for some time by now. Which left me alone with Kellin.
“I think we won.” I said to him. “Oh yeah definitely.” He said laughing. “We always win.” I said starting a conversation with him. “So uhm Ally I meant to ask you. Do you want to go out and eat somewhere or hang out or whatever you want?” He asked I could hear the nervousness in him. “I would love to, Kellin.” I said smiling at him. “Great!” He then pulled me into a hug I couldn't help but hug him back wanting that hug to last forever.
“Hey love birds! Come get a drink!” I heard Shannon yelled at us. I felt my cheeks get hot as we pulled back and laughed. We ran back to our little spot and relaxed for a bit there. After a few minutes Kellin and I went back to the net and begin messing around by it. Throwing each other the ball and having a sand fight.
“What are you morons doing ?” Vanna said coming near us while setting her phone on our towel next to the net. “Uhm nothing.” I said quickly pushing Kellin off of me and standing up. She then started laughing, “Don't worry I won't ruin you guy’s date” She said. “I just want to try something.” She then picked up the volleyball and served it over the net, sending it a tad bit farther than it's supposed to go and hitting Jaime in the head who at the moment was talking to some girl from here and eating a hamburger making it fall down on the girl’s shirt. The girl then stood up yelled something at him and stomped away and Jaime then turn to us.
“Sorry honey didn't see you there!” Vanna yelled as sweetly as possible. Jaime then stood up and started making his way toward us making Vanna start to run away and him starting to chase after her. Kellin and I looked at each other and laughed and began to walk off to explore.
**an hour later**
“We should probably go back, It's getting kind of dark and Gabe texted me and said they're making a bonfire and people are starting to wonder where we're at.” Kellin said. We had been walking around until we found a little spot for us to sit and talk. I can honestly say I had gotten to know who Kellin Quinn really was and I being a dumb fool was falling for him.
“C’mon Ally.” He teased, holding out his hand for me to stand up. I took it and after I stood up he didn't let go making me blush really hard. “Let's go.”
When we arrived I received funny looks from Shannon and Mike obviously talking about Kellin and I. I rolled my eyes, laughed and told him I would be back. As I went up to them I kept hearing questions about whether Kellin and I were a thing. “No we're not.” I said for 10 millionth time.
“Well have you seen Vanna?” Shannon then asked. “Or Jaime?” Mike asked. “We've looked for them everywhere but can't find them.” “No but I saw Vanna running away from him earlier” I said chuckling while remembering what had happened earlier. “They're probably celebrating their honeymoon right now.” Mike said laughing.
“I saw them go on a car earlier.” A voice trailed next to us. I look to my side and see Justin Hills, bass player of Sleeping With Sirens, and in my opinion the hottest member of the band- well besides Kellin of course. I had seen him around but never had the chance to actually talk to him. I looked down and blushed, trying to hide my smile from my face. He then raised an eyebrow at me and looked at Shannon and Mike.
“Don't mind her she does this a lot” Shannon said while passing me a drink “But are you sure it was them ? Vanna and Jaime couldn't be in the same room without trying to kill each other, less be it a car.” Shannon said. “100% sure.” He responded. “Hm weird” She said, pulling out her phone. “I'll call her.” She said while her Mikey walked off.
Justin then offered to walk me back to the bonfire and so we did, when we got there I sat next to Echo and the All Time Low boys and just enjoyed the moment.
**few hours later**
Vanna and Jaime were both finally back, apparently they were going to try and deal with this whole being married thing since they're basically stuck with each other for the next two or three months. It was going okay until Jaime said something that pissed Vanna off and she drove off and left Jaime there, that was until one of his managers had to go pick him up.
We were back in our bus and currently all sprawled out and crowded in our back lounge watching a scary movie. We would arrive in a few hours so we thought we might as well just have a ‘family movie night’.
“Hey will one of you sleep with me tonight, It's not because I'm scared I promise.” Leon said as soon as the movie finished, making everyone laugh. “Let's just sleep here, plus I'm too tired to even get up.” Echo said. “Good idea.” “Goodnight guys.”
I looked at everyone and smiled, happy knowing I had them with me and with that I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
