Cold, Empty Mattresses And Falling Stars

*Mike's POV*

"So who do you want to tell first, my mom? My dad? Your dad?" I said getting excited as we drove home, "I don't want to tell anyone just yet, I want to make sure that it's alright before anyone knows" Cassidy said as she stared out of the window, "Yeah you're right, sorry I was getting ahead of myself" I sighed as we pulled into our drive, "Are you okay?" I asked as she was still looking out of the window, "What?" She asked confused, "Yeah I'm fine" she continued, "Are you sure because normally when people get the news that they are pregnant they are happy, you seem, upset?" I asked confused about her mood, "I just- We didn't even plan this" she sighed looking at me, "If you are worried about-" I started but she cut me off, "Mike I'm 24 and you're 25 are you sure we're ready for this?" She asked, I looked at her and smiled, "Honestly, I do, I think we've been ready for this for a while and I think we're going to be awesome parents" I said, I saw her eyes gleam a little as a smile appeared on her face, "Okay" she smiled quietly nodding, "Yeah?" I asked smiling wide, "Yeah" she said grinning as widely as I possibly could, "I love you" I said leaning over, "I love you too" she said putting her hand on my face and pushing it away before jumping out and running up to the house, "Hey!!" I shouted jumping out and chasing after her, she fumbled with the keys for a moment before she opened the door and ran inside, she was running around the living room laughing as I chased her, "You duped me outta kiss!" I shouted catching up with her, "Wait! Wait! Time out!" She said trying to catch her breath, "Nope!" I said tackling her to the ground but making sure she didn't hurt herself or the baby, "Mike, stop!" She shouted giggling as I started planting tiny kisses all over her face and neck, I felt her hands come up to my hair as I held myself up over her and started sucking and pulling on her neck with my teeth, suddenly I was on the bottom and Cassidy was straddling me, before I could do or say anything she clashed her lips on mine and began to move her hands in my hair, as we continued to make out and get heated we came to a stop when Vic, Jaime and Tony walked in, "Hi honeys, we're home!" Jaime shouted, Cassidy pulled away and looked at me with wide eyes, we quickly and quietly shuffled to behind the couch, they walked into the kitchen without noticing us, I heard them talking and ran into the toilet leaving Cassidy behind the couch, "Guys is that you?" I shouted flushing the toilet and walking out, "Hey man" Jaime smiled hugging me before Tony and then Vic, "Where's Cass?" Vic asked looking around, "She wasn't feeling well so she went for a nap" I sighed lying through my teeth, he nodded and sat down,

"So what are we watching first?" Tony asked, "Guys I'm so sorry, I completely forgot about movie night, lemme go wake Cass up and see if she is any better" I smiled racing upstairs, "Cass" I asked knocking on the door, "I'm peeing!" She shouted, I couldn't help but laugh a little before I walked in, the toilet door was closed over, "The guys wanna know if you still want to do movie night?" I asked, "Yeah, but only if we can watch Guardians of the Galaxy first" she said, "Obviously, are you sure that you don't want to tell the guys?" I asked hoping she would change her mind after our talk earlier, "Positive" she said as she washed and dried her hands, "Okay well I kind of-" I started but was cut off when Tony barged in the room, "Hey beautiful, coming down?" He asked Cassidy, she smiled and nodded, "Sorry Mike, what were you saying?" She turned and asked, "Oh it's nothing" I said laughing it off a little and walking downstairs with her and Tony, everyone was sitting around the TV as we waited for Cassidy to put Guardians of the Galaxy on, "So Mike what's the big news that you texted us about?" Vic asked, I saw Cassidy whip around like a dog chasing it's tail, "What big news?" She asked, "Mike texted all of us telling us that you two had big news" Vic explained, I saw Cassidy nearly buckling under anger and pressure but she composed herself, "Oh yeah we set a wedding date" she smiled sitting down on my knee, "You did?" "We did?" Tony and I both asked at the same time, she nodded and smiled, "Yeah don't you remember babe, we said October 19th" she said smiling with evil eyes as if she was going to beat me up later, "October 19th, that's 3 months away" Jaime said surprised, "And that's the anniversary of your mom's-" I said but stopped when I realized why she picked the date, "Yeah so we're gonna need all of you guys on board" I said holding Cassidy's hand and giving it a firm squeeze, "Yeah sure, no problem man" Jaime said taking a handful of popcorn, Tony and Vic agreed too, as we were watching the movie Cassidy leaned back into me, "Thank you" she whispered kissing my jawline, "Don't thank me baby, I'm the one that got us into this mess" I whispered back, "But you also got us out of it" she said quieter and cuddling into me even more, I smiled at the fact that in 3 months we're going to Mr and Mrs Fuentes.
