The Taste Of Blood Remains

*Cassidy's POV*

I woke up to a heavy weight on my left arm, I turned to my left and saw Austin lying there, I immediately started to panic, this wasn't my bunk, I must have climbed into Austin's bunk last night, I didn't want to move just in case I woke him and I really didn't think my pyjamas out properly, I slowly slid myself down to his legs and pushed myself up so I didn't touch him, thankfully I was out and standing in between all the bunks, from what I could gather everyone was still asleep, I grabbed an over sized t-shirt, from what I could tell I'm pretty sure it was Austins, I walked out and saw Phil sitting there with a cup of coffee, I froze, begging that he wouldn't see me until I snuck into the toilet and put on the shirt, his head slowly turned and he looked at me, smiling, "Morning sleeping beauty" he said smiling, I smiled back and gave a small wave, I caught him looking me up and down, admiring my figure, I quickly pulled the t-shirt over my head, "You look even better in my shirt" he said winking as I sat down, I looked at him, "Sorry, it was the first one I saw" I said before getting up, "No it's fine, keep it" he said, I nodded and smiled sitting back down, "Coffee?" He asked, I nodded as he got up and poured me a cup of black coffee and two sugars, "Thanks" I said taking it and slowly taking sips from the cup, I heard someone move and I prayed it was Austin, thankfully it was, it was kinda awkward sitting with Phil on my own since he had a massive thing for me in 8th grade, he's one of those guys that when they have their heart set on something they won't give up until they have it, a little like Mike if I'm honest, "Morning!" I said as Austin came and sat next to me, "Morning princess" he said, kissing my cheek and wrapping an arm around me, I saw Phil smile at him but I wasn't convinced it was a genuine smile, I cuddled into him until all the other guys woke up and then I cuddled into Tino, "Hey Cass?" Austin said, I looked at him for him to continue, "Why are you wearing Phil's shirt?" He asked, I felt my cheeks go red , "Well I was cold so I put on the first shirt that I saw?" I shrugged, turning my attention back to Parks and Recreation, there was a loud knock on the bus door, everyone looked at each other, "1,2,3 not it!" Everyone said apart from me, all eyes fell on me, I let out a loud groan and got up, I'm pretty sure they all just wanted to see my ass? I pulled back the curtain and opened the door, I suddenly started to wish I hadn't.

"Mike!? What are you doing here?" I asked, walking outside and closing the door behind me, "Damn" he said looking me up and down, I rolled my eyes and snapped my fingers, "What do you want?" I asked crossing my arms, "Coffee?" He asked looking at me, "I told you no, why would I go for coffee, with you?" I asked, he shrugged, "Because I know you want to hear my explanation?" He said, I sighed and shook my head, "I just want you to leave me alone" I said turning back around to go on to the bus but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me back, I was inches away from his face and all I could do was focus on his eyes and lips, "One coffee that's all I'm asking and then you can decide whether or not you still want to me to leave you alone, deal?" He asked, I sighed giving in, "Okay, deal" I said, still staring at his lips, "Promise?" He asked, I sighed and nodded, "Yes, I promise" I said, rolling my eyes, I saw a smug smile appear on his face and I felt eyes on us "Can I go now?" I asked looking at his grip on my wrist, "Yeah, go, I'll pick you up in 1 hour because I know your set isn't until 3pm and ours isn't until 4pm so.." I nodded and turned on my heels going back on the bus and closing the door, I felt Mike's eyes on me still, he was probably looking at my ass because, well, it's Mike? When I got back into the sitting room, everyone ran away from the window and sat back in their seats, turning their attention to the TV, except Austin, he just stared at me, "I think I'm going to take a shower" Austin said getting up and walking through to the bunks, I sighed and walked after him, "Austin" I said walking into the bunks and seeing him sitting on the edge of the bed with his head in his hands, "Austin, I-" I said but stopped when he looked up with tears in his eyes, "Why would you agree to go for coffee with him? He ruined your life and you're just going to grab a coffee with him like you're the best of friends? You nearly ended up dead because of him! re you even fucking thinking straight Cass!?" Austin asked standing up and raising his voice as he moved towards me, I started to panic, I hated when he got angry at me, "I-I I don't know, okay?" I stuttered, walking away from him and sitting on the edge of my bunk, "I just, I don't know, okay?" I said, holding my hands in my head, I heard Austin sigh as he came to sit next to me, "You don't have to go" he said, pulling me closer to him, I sighed and nodded, "Yes I do, I promised" I said, looking at him, he nodded, "Well if you need me just call and I'll come pick you up, okay?" He said, I smiled and nodded at him, "Okay. I should really go for a shower though" I said getting up and walking through to shower.

I jumped in and shaved everything that needed to be shaved and washed my hair before jumping out and wrapping a towel around my body and hair before walking back into the bunks, making sure no one saw me, it took me 45 minutes but I was finally ready, "What time is it?" I asked Austin as I sat next to him, he looked me up and down, smiling at me, "Uh it's 12:30pm" he said looking at his phone, I nodded and got up, "I'm going to wait outside for him" I said, hugging Austin and Alan goodbye as Tino, Phil and Aaron were away catering, when I got outside there was a black Range Rover Evoque with all the windows blacked out except the windscreen, I watched as the window rolled down revealing Mike, wearing a plain black tee, snapback and sunglasses, no doubt he was wearing jeans and vans, I shook my head and walked over jumping in, "Nice car" I said smiling at him, he smiled back, "Nice face" he said before driving off, I rolled my eyes as he turned the radio on, I was right about the jeans and vans. We eventually arrived at the nearest Starbucks , "What do you want?" Mike asked when we were standing in line, "Uh just a black tea, two sugars" I said, he smiled and nodded, "I'm gonna go get us a table" I said before walking over to a empty table near the back of the room, I pulled my phone out and saw I had a text from Austin,

Fine, we're just at Starbucks now <3

"One black tea, two sugars" Mike said putting the cup in front of me, I locked my phone and thanked him, "Okay so, explain" I said after a couple minutes of sitting in silence, "Right well remember that day when I came over to say something to you?" he said, I nodded and he continued as he took his sunglasses off.
