The Taste Of Blood Remains

*Cassidy's POV*

30 minutes later poked my head out of the door and saw Phil and Ben sleeping and snoring I smiled a little to myself before I went back in and stuffed all my clothes that Ben and Phil must have took when they took me into a bag, as I ran downstairs and through to the kitchen grabbing the keys, I heard movement and as a reflex I grabbed a knife and put it in the little opening of my zip, handle sticking out behind me, when I walked over to the kitchen door I saw Ben standing at the TV staring at me, "I knew it, you sneaky little bitch!" He shouted before running over to me, knocking me over and sitting on top of me, he repeatedly punched me and tried to strangle me, I quickly pushed him off me with all my strength before running over to my bag I dropped, I picked the knife up and turned around just in time as he ran towards me, I held the knife from my chest out making Ben run into it, with all the adrenaline rushing through me I pushed him back and stabbed him again, and again, and again, until he was on the ground and gasping for his last breaths, I didn't stay around to watch him die as I needed to get out of here, I left the note on the table in front of Phil and raked his pockets for the key to his window, when I finally found it I rushed up the stairs and opened it, doing the exact same thing as I did the other night but throwing my bag down first and then climbing down, when I got down I ran to the side of the house and opening the car, climbing in it and starting it, I drove over the grass and down the small path leading to the main road near the gas station, I quickly checked the glove compartment for my phone and found Phil's instead, thankfully he never had a password on it so I unlocked it and called Austin, thankfully he picked up, "Look you little shithead give us Cassidy back or-" he started but stopped when i interrupted, "Austin it's me, Cassidy, I managed to get away, I'll explain everything later, tell Mike not to go anywhere because I'm coming home to ours" I explained, "Okay, stay safe, we'll all be at Mike's waiting for you" he said before I hung up and put Phil's data on, I drove as far and fast as I could, eventually turning off at an intersection and driving through town towards Mike and I's house when I was pulling up there were two police cars and an ambulance, I nearly collapsed into tears when I thought about having to tell them I got raped, I took a deep breath and jumped out.

I slowly walked up to the door and opened it, I never even got a chance to walk in before Mike came hobbling over and picked me up, "I missed you so much" he murmured into my shoulder, "I missed you too" I said with tears in my eyes, we stood there for a couple of minutes just crying into each other before Mike put me down, he looked into my eyes and before I knew it our lisp were locked and we were passionately making out, when we pulled apart all eyes were on us, some were 'gagging' like Jaime, Vic and Tony where as others were just happy for us, when Mike turned and faced them, everyone came running over and engulfed me in one massive hug, "We missed you" Vic said when we pulled apart, "I missed you guys too" I sniffed before wiping my eyes, "Mike why are the police and paramedics here?" I asked looking around, "Safety precautions" he said, I nodded before I broke down thinking about everything, "Guys, can you give us a minute?" Mike asked as I broke down in front, they all nodded before leaving to go into the front yard, he closed the door behind us and leading me over to the couch, "Did he hurt you?" He asked me and I suddenly started to cry harder, "Breathe" he said holding my hands, I nodded and tried to calm myself down, "B-Ben he, he r-raped me" I said trying to breathe I felt Mike's grip tighten as he got angry, "I'm going to kill him" he said getting up, "You can't I already did.." I said, he turned and looked at me, "What?" He asked rushing over and sitting next to me, "I killed him..." I said thinking about it more and crying, "What happened in that house?" He asked, I took a deep breath and nodded ready to tell him, "Ben r-raped me and I manipulated P-Phil into letting me stay in his bed, I got up early in the morning this morning, made them a huge breakfast and put sleeping pills in it, Phil ate and drank the things with sleeping pills in it and so did Ben but it wasn't strong enough to knock him out and when I tried to leave he started h-hitting me and I grabbed a knife and s-stabbed him" I said bursting out in tears straight after, "Aww baby" he said pulling me close to him and kissing the top of my head, "I want to m-move" I sniffed, he nodded understandingly, "Absolutely baby" he whispered, there was a knock at the door and a man in a paramedics uniform and one of the two police officers came in, "Miss can we please take you to the hospital for some tests?" The paramedic asked, I nodded wiping my eyes, "Can Mike come with me?" I asked shakily, he smiled softly and nodded, "Of course" he said, I looked at Mike and nodded before we got up and left in the back of the ambulance with the paramedic, before we left Mike had a word with the guys but wouldn't tell me what he said.
