Stung and Employed By The Wasp

We Have A Huge Misunderstanding

“Congrats, and welcome to the house!” Heather cheered, embracing me in a hug.

“Thanks.” I chuckled a bit awkwardly, giving her the paper.

“So all you have to do tonight is make a list of all the things we have in the kitchen tonight and then you’re night is over.” She informed me.

“Cool.”

“I have to go and do my job now, so I’ll see you tomorrow.” She said.

“Wait, how I am supposed to get home?” I asked.

“Don’t worry, we’ll get you covered.” She reassured me, and well just kind of left me there.

“Okay.” I muttered, trying to find my way back down to the kitchen.

Finally after about 45 minutes of maneuvering through this huge mansion I was able to find myself in the kitchen.

Right on the table was a neat graph laid out nicely with a section for each type of food.

This was easy, almost too easy I’d say.

An hour and a half later I was done with that, and I found myself wandering back up towards the stairs.

I trusted Heather about finishing up my job, so I went to the door and attempted to open it to leave.

It didn’t open.

“The hell?” I muttered.

I twisted the door knob, but the door would not open.

What the fuck?

“Heather?” I called out, walking down the hall.

I turned a corner and ran straight into someone.

“Woah, careful there newbie.” He chuckled.

I carefully took a step back and examined the man I ran into.

He was tall, had black and white hair, and had what I’d describe as a horror esque feel to him.

“I --- uh.” I stuttered.

“You’re Bella.” He stated.

“Yeah sorry, you just caught me off guard.” I apologized.

“Don’t worry about it, I’m Ghost.” He introduced himself.

Hmm, that was a strange nickname.

“Nice to meet you.” I said shaking his hand.

“So what exactly were you trying to do?” He asked me.

“Oh I just finished my job that Heather instructed me on, and I was just going to go home.” I told him.

He chuckled, “You’re funny.” He said.

“I’m not joking, I’m trying to go home.” I replied, very serious.

“Did you not read the paperwork sweetheart? It specifically said that if you work here you live here, no if, ands, or buts.” He snapped.

“Nowhere on that piece of paper was there anything about living conditions. All it had were some questions about me. Nothing else, and there was only one piece of paper. That was all Heather gave me.” I informed him getting a little frustrated.

“First lesson you can learn here sweetie, Heather is not to be trusted. She’s a troublemaker. You signed the paper, it’s official, I don’t care what you saw or didn’t see paperwork wise. Again your signature is on it so you have to follow all of the rules.” Ghost said.

“You can’t keep me here, that’s illegal.” I stated.

“Fine, by all means go ahead and leave.” He started.

“Oh that’s right you can’t, can you? All the doors and windows are locked.” He groaned.

“This isn’t right okay, I was fucking tricked into this. I don’t even know what the hell this place is.” I bitched at him.

“It’s a sex club.” He told me.

My jaw hit the floor.

No way in fucking hell was this real.

“What?” I spat out.

“Welcome to the Nest.” He smiled.
