Summary
Ashton needed a friend to bring light to her darkness. When Ash met Austin, he shined so bright in that endless darkness Ashton was stuck in.
Ashton is a 16 year old girl, who struggles with selfharm, an eating disorder, depression and anxiety disorder. Most of her days are filled with bad thoughts and sleeping away the pain. She feels hopeless. All she needs is a friend to help her through.
When she meets Austin, 19 year old senior, she is hesitant about getting close to him. "Why does he want to talk to me so much? I'm a defect. No one wants a defect of a friend."
