The sky is so tragically beautiful. A graveyard of stars.

The night that changed everything

Before I knew it I could feel my heat drop into my stomach, I mean sure I have met plenty of “fans” that self-harm but no one in my close personal life. I felt so bad and wanted to know more about what this amazing girl was going through. “I don’t believe I ever caught your name” I mention to try and ease the awkward tension. “Ummm, my nname is Alex” she said trying to calm the tears in order to get some words out. I could tell she knew who I was but I ignored it “Well I’m Austin… Austin Carlile”. With those five words I began to blush at least twenty different shades of red, not wanting to let her know that I was blushing I clear my throat and offer to let her come inside the bus so she can warm up but also so I can get to know her more. “Yeah that would be lovely since it is freaking freezing… but that’s Michigan for you” she responds with a heart-warming smile that I swear could have melted me there and then. I stood up first and the reached my hand out to help her get up, hesitantly she took my hand but her hands were cold as ice. Hand in hand I walk over to the bus and open the door to find the guys sitting there talking. “Hey guys, this is Alex, do you guys mind if she hangs out in here for a bit?” “Hey Alex, no Austin it’s all good.”
Still with her hand in my hand I led her to the back room so the guys didn’t over whelm her and so she could calm down a bit with just me there. As I took her to sit down in the back room I shut the door behind her and told her I would be right back to grab a blanket so she would arm up faster and I could tell that she was shaking. Coming back with my favorite blanket which was a star wars blanket “Damn, I am way too predictable” I thought to myself. Opening the door I could tell that she was very warn out from both crying and whatever had happened to her eye earlier today. “Here, you can use my favorite blanket to warm up and I am going to go grab something for your eye.” “Why are you being so nice to me? You don’t even know me, hell you shouldn’t even like me” Alex responded with eyes that were full of so much pain. “Alex, I can tell that you were hurting and I didn’t want you to drive in such a fragile state. Plus once I saw you behind your car window I thought you were beautiful and thought to myself that I needed to get to know you” I respond instantly beginning to blush again.
From that moment one, I could tell that there was more to this girl than I realize and I want to get to know everything about her.
