This Love Is Sempiternal

Three hours. .. three hours of Dani's screams.

My heart started breaking the second he went into the room.

I looked around for something, anything to break me free.
I saw a small pocket knife under the couch but i could tell what it is by the handle.
I reached my foot over and extended my toes.
I heard loud slapping noises and my heart sank. What is he doing to her?
I reached and strained my body against the binds until my toes grabbed a hold of the knife.
I breathed a sign of relief as i handed myself the knife and cut myself out of my bounds.
I slowly got up as i rubbed the bruises already setting into my skin.
I grabbed a large all black lamp and approached the closet. I breathed in a deep breath before opening the door and slamming the lamp against his bare body.

He didn't go down but instead got even angrier as he snatched me up by my neck and held me high in the air.

I grabbed the knife and shoved it into his cheek. He instantly let me go and i stumbled back as he screamed in agony and ripped the knife from his jaw.

His face started to bleed profusely and he stared at me hard. "Time to die" He growled harshly before lunging at me . I dodged him and he slammed into the couch.

I quickly ran up the stairs, i could remember the squeak of the rotting wood. He was right behind me, i quickly turned around and kicked him hard in the chest with my foot and tumbled down the stairs. I saw my old room and i ran in and locked myself in.

I heard him banging hard on the door, the wood started to bend from his heavy fists.

I looked at the window hoping it'd open. I pulled on it only to realize that he nailed them shut. My hope faded but then i remember the knife.

I pulled it out my pocket and stabbed at the nails and pulled them out. "GET OUT OF THERE YOU BITCH!" "YOU'RE GONNA DIE HERE BABY DOLL. JUST AS YOU SHOULD HAVE BEFORE."He screamed laughing behind the door.


I finally got the window open.

I looked at the ceiling attic and i pulled hard on the swing and let the stairs come down only to slam it shut again before crawling out the window.

I exited the window just in time before the door exploded and he came raging in.

I looked up into the window from the outside trying to regain and control my breath.

His face was still bleeding everywhere and his body and hair was slicked with sweat.

He scanned the room until he looked up and saw the moving handle.

He smirked wickedly, " got ya" .

He pulled the handle down and entered the attic as i crawled down the side of the house and quietly entered the house to get Dani.

I heard shallow breathing and i slowly opened the closet to see Dani.

She was naked and bleeding. Her small body was sitting in a small pool of blood and she had the words 'V.M' carved into her inner thigh.

"Boobear?" I whispered and she looked up and shrunk back in fear.

"No no bunny . It's aunt Cass. Come here baby. I won't hurt you. " I whispered listening for the sound of footsteps.

I took off my shirt and slowly put it on her before picking her up and setting her on my hip and leaving the house amd slowly closing the door.

The sun was setting.

Perfect.



I ran. I ran like hell was chasing me. Deep into the Forrest until i heard his screams. My heart started pounding as we kept running.


We had to have been running for about a hour now until the pitch black Forrest was impenetrable.

I saw a tree with a circle type roots that we could hide under.

I slowly laid her on the soft leaves and i slid in next. I covered the roots with huge leaves so he couldn't see us.

I put her on my chest and rubbed her hair and back softly.
"I wanna go home" she cried harder and i kissed her forehead lovingly.





"We will baby. For now get some sleep." I whispered reassuringly hoping it'd be sooner than I expect.
