"We're back!" I heard Vic's voice echo through then house as both guys arrived. I looked to Tony and didn't know what to say, how do I bring this conversation up with Jaime without making him go off on one? He was obviously trying to hide this from me and when I tell him that Tony told me, he wouldn't be happy. I didn't want him to blame Tony for this because I am Jaime's girlfriend, I have the right to know about it and Tony was only doing the right thing.

"What do I do?" I asked looking at the two guys.

"Just tell him." Mike said. That didn't help at all, I didn't know how to tell him. I took a deep breath and stood up off the couch.

"I'll be back." I sighed and walked out to the hallway.

"Hey babe!" Jaime smiled as he saw me but it fell as he saw my expression. "What's wrong?" He asked.

"Vic, can we just go outside to your garden for a bit?" I asked as I turned to him and ignoring Jaime's question.

"Of course." Vic said a little confused. I smiled gratefully at him. I took Jaime's hand and pulled him outside without saying a word to him. We stepped outside and sat on a small wooden bench.

"So are you going to tell me what's wrong?" He asked looking confused. I sighed and looked him in the eyes.

"You're not trying to keep me around by buying my love with presents, are you?" I asked. His face completely dropped.

"W-What?" He asked, I knew he understood what I said but he didn't want to believe the words that left my mouth.

"Tony told me about your ex girlfriend after I told him about the necklace you brought me." I explained.

"He had no right to tell you!" He rose his voice at me looking scared and frustrated.

"If he didn't then you wouldn't have and I had the right to know!" I used the same tone of voice. He raked his fingers through his hair and sighed heavily.

"I was going to tell you but in my own time." His tone of voice dropping dramatically. I took a deep breath and intertwined my fingers with his. He looked down at our hands but didn't say a word.

"I need you to understand that I don't want you to buy me unnecessary gifts just to keep me around. I'm here because I really like you Jaime and I love spending time with you." I said. As much as I knew it, I knew I loved Jaime, hell I was falling hard for that man but I didn't think it was the right time to say it. "You're my boyfriend because I love everything about you, I don't want you buying me gifts because you think I'll get bored and cheat on you. I'm nothing like your ex girlfriend and I hope you realise that."

"I'm so sorry. You're my first girlfriend since Jessica and I got scared it would happen again. I know you're nothing like her but I guess it's just the paranoia in my head that doubts everything.." He sighed. "I love you and I don't want to lose you." He said it. He said the 3 words. I just looked at him and smiled like a fool.

"I love you too Jaime." I smiled and pulled him into a kiss.

"You do?" He sighed in relief.

"Of course I do, but I was scared it was too early to say it, we haven't been dating long." I shrugged. "I'm just glad you said it first."

"I was worried it was too soon but it just felt right," he smiled.

"It was." I then pulled him into a kiss and smile wider than I have in a very long time.

"Shall we go back inside?" He asked. I just shook my head.

"Can we just stay here for a while, I like sitting here with you." I said.

"Of course, are you cold?" He asked as he touched my arm to check if I wasn't too cold. "You're freezing, take my jacket."

"No, I'm fine!" I stopped him taking his jacket off but he refused and carried on.

"No, I don't want you getting ill." He placed his jacket around my shoulders and I felt warm.

"Thanks," I said gratefully. I just snuggled up into Jaime's arms and smiled, I like how my life has become, I have the perfect boyfriend, new great friends and I have my bestfriend back after 7 years, how can I complain?

"You know, you and Tony?" He started.

"Yeah.." I was curious to where this was going.

"Is there anything I should be worried about? Is there still any feelings there?" I just sighed.

"Jaime," I said as I faced him and cupped my hands on the sides of his face. "Me and Tony was 7 years ago, that's the past and I'm long over what ever I felt for him back then, I love you and only you, he's my bestfriend and that's all he'll ever be to me."

"I'm sorry, I just get worried.." He sighed but looked reassured.

"There's nothing to worry about, you're my boyfriend and I love you."

"I love you, too." I then kissed him softly and smiled.

"We should go back inside now, the guys will be wondering what's happened." I said and he agreed.

"Are you guys okay? You took an awfully long time out there!" Tony asked as he saw us walk inside.

"Yeah, we just wanted some time alone, we just sat outside together for a while," I explained.

"So you're not mad at me?" Tony turned to Jaime.

"No, you did the right thing so thanks." Jaime pulled Tony into a hug and I couldn't help but smile, even though they've been best friends for years, it just made me happy to see my bestfriend and boyfriend hugging.

"Hey Liv, can I have a word with you for a sec?" Vic asked. I furrowed my eyebrows but nodded my head and followed him out of the room.

"Yeah?" I wondered.

"I want you to be careful," he started. "I know you're with Jaime but I think Tony still has a few feelings there for you and I just want you to be careful." My eyes widened in shock, Tony still likes me?

"Are you serious?" I gaped.

"He used to talk about you sometimes and I just feel like the feelings are still there a little," he explained.

"But I'm with Jaime," I sighed. Why does Tony have to make things complicated?

"I know but just be careful with how you are around Tony for a while, he'll get over it but just having you back in his life so suddenly has messed him up a little."

"Do I talk to him about it?" I asked.

"I wouldn't because I said I wouldn't say anything to you but it's up to you," he shrugged.

"I'll leave it for now but I'll see how things are later, thank you for telling me, Vic." Well fuck. What if Tony tries it on with me? If Tony kisses me I know I won't be able to resist him and I fucking hate that, I'll just have to see how things go.

HEY.

It's been nearly a year since I updated this story and I'm so sorry, I wasn't planning on leaving it this long. I wrote this chapter and a couple of others a few months ago and thought I'd update.

I won't be able to update for about 2 weeks because I have exams to take but once my exams are over and I've finished school, I'll have the whole summer to update this. I hope this chapter isn't a let since my long abandonment from this story x
