I paced the corner, The drug dealers always watched. My red lipstick smeared on the cigarette. It's been a couple days since I last ate, There was very little jobs mostly I had to steal bikes and stupid shit. I was wanted to for petty theft and Grand theft because I also stole cars and other things. I looked across the street, I was from the Bronx and most guys got me what I needed for something in return. A guy came up to me holding a fast food bag.
"This for a month for a car." He said I looked him up and down, flicking my cigarette away. I took the bag and opened it. Big Mac, Large Fry even a fucking toy. The guy cleared his throat and held up a drink. I took it from him. We walked to my apartment the guy took out his laptop.
"Whats your name." I asked pressing my lips to the straw of the drink he got me.
"Why?"
"I wanna know who I'm working with and just so we're clear....." My partner done a check on him.
"I don't play well with cops." I took out my pistol he stiffened.
"John......"
"John what?" I asked my partner nodded and sat in his seat at his computer scanning the police radios and such.
"John Duex Trois."
"Isn't that french?" I asked, He shrugged. And showed me a picture of a car. He sighed.
"I need you too steal this car." He said I looked at him wide eye'd some dude just doesn't go out and get free fast food for a month for a high priced Camaro. There's gotta be more to this.
"What's the catch."
"There is no Catch.."
"Bull Shit. Now you can buy me three packs of cigarettes. And maybe tickets to Warped Tour." High price people go to warped tour. I know Jayson's brought me before.
"Done anything else. Because all I need is the car." John pressed I squinted, He was pushy and very needy of this car I didn't like this.
"I'll call if I need anything else you should have the car by this weekend."
"Good girl."
"Fuck yourself." I sighed as he left.
