What Goes Bump In The Night

"Chris what did you do to the poor girl?" A unknown voice barked.


"I didn't do anything! She needed to know what she was !" He examined defensively. I finally opened up my eyes to see more unknown faces around me. I inched back and ran into a pair of pale colored arms.




"Shh.. It's okay. I'm Jinxx.. You're safe now " he whispered apologetically as he helped me up to my feet. My tail instinctively wrapped around my thigh and my head was pounding.



"I think I need to lay down" I whispered looking down.


"I think you've done that enough" Ryan grumbled and I bit my lip nervously.



"Maybe you should go to my house. All the fertiles and Vicky can explain any questions you have." Amy lightly uttered apologetically and I smiled and nodded.



As we were walking away, I saw a pair of bright blue eyes look at me curiously. When we finally left and got to her house We all sat down and I learned who everyone was.




CC and Jinxx are fertiles that are male , Amy is a fertile and Vicky is a Dom. They told me all about the mating ceremony and how I'd find my mate and yadda yadda.




After hours of soaking everything , I started to feel comfortable about being a neko, but it still freaked me out.



"So.. you can get pregnant? " I questioned CC and Jinxx and they both nodded and blushed.



I forget about my phone and I noticed thirty missed calls from my parents. I shot up to my feet and they all looked at me curiously.



"I need to get home. My parents will kill me!" I screamed as I grabbed all my things.


"Not if you kill them first..." Vicky whispered making Amy nudge her hard.


I brushed it off and waved them all goodbye, before I could rush out the door, Amy stopped me and I turned to her.


"Forgetting something?" She questioned holding up my necklace. I thanked her and slid it on making my tail and ears fully dissappear.


I ran back to my house which wasn't that far away. I burst through the door to be engulfed in my mother's arms.

"OH IGGY! I WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT YOU! WHERE WERE YOU??!" She screamed holding me close. I squirmed out her grasp to see my father behind her scowling me.



"I met new friends and we hung at her house and I lost track of time. I'm sorry. " I whispered and they huffed before speaking.


"Iggy, call next time okay? We were so worried. But we're glad you've made friends. " Mom spoke.


I nodded before swallowing thickly and tracing my finger over my necklace.

"Mom.. who were my birth parents? " I questioned and they both looked at each other shocked.



"W-Why do you ask sweetheart? " She questioned sounding concerned.


Some thing told me that they already knew the answer , I took off my necklace and my ears and tail slid out.

"You both know why... now tell me" I questioned still surprised that they both knew.



"Honey , it's not a pretty story to tell and you're not going to like the ending" My father bellowed lowly and I bit my lip nervously as they guided me into the living room and sat us on the couch with me in the middle, mom was careful not to sit on my tail.




Dad got up and pulled out a old photo album and I looked through it. There were pictures of this huge family and two people in particular were holding a small child. I rubbed my finger over the baby and looked at my parents.



"What are you guys not telling me ?" I questioned and they had sad looks on their faces before speaking.



"Iggy... your birth parents ... they were immortals and they were murdered for it..." My father spoke and my heart dropped.
