Native Tongue

I have never seen Austin so motionless. Its been 10 minutes since I told him, and all he did was stare at the shower.

"Well," I finally spoke.

"Well I cannot even put a sentence together without choking up," he said. "I am going to be a father, and I have never been so happy in my entire life time," he walked over pulling me. I couldn't help but cry.

"What?" he said laughing.

"I hate you for not saying something sooner. I thought you weren't going to want to gave the child," I said pulling away.

"You sound crazy sweetie, and I am so sorry," he chuckled.

"You're such a jerk, but I love you so its okay," I said laughing.

"Well I am late as it is, and I love you too, but I have to get to the studio," he said.

"Okie dokie artichokie," I said kissing Austin's nose.

"Don't forget tonight. I'll be back to pick you up," he said.

"Sounds good," I finally said.

After Austin left I drew myself a bubble bath. I sat in the tub of our hotel room, and have never been so content with life. I looked at my phone, and not a response from Hannah. She must be really busy I thought. I lied there for a little longer. I noticed I started to get pruney, and got out of the tub.
I started to wrap my towel around my body, and my belly caught my attention. "God I'm going to get big," I chuckled. I noticed my phone screen light up.

"Hello?" I answered.

"BABE!" Hannah yelled into the phone.

"Babe!" I yelled back.

"I miss you! I'm in town a little early before Warped Tour. What are you doing tonight?" she asked.

"Well tonight the guys and I are going out for a little celebration," I said looking at my ring.

"What are we celebrating?" she asked.

I hesitated. Do I tell her over the phone or in person? "Austin proposed!" I finally said.

"Get out! Did he really?!"

"He did! He proposed last night, and there's something else I've been dying to tell you," I choked into the phone.

"Aria is there something wrong?" sounding worried.

"Not at all! I just I miss my best friend, and there;s a lot to catch up on. Can you come over?" I asked.

"I'm in the midst of unpacking, but I've been in need of some Aria time. Where's your hotel? I'll be there in 20."
