Break Free

[b]Austin POV[/b]

As we sat in the car Mikey plugged her phone into the Aux cord. She scrolled through her music before deciding on a song. As the opening chords hit my ears a smile pulled over my lips. Slipknot. I looked at her in awe.

“You like Slipknot?” She asked preparing to change it. I quickly grabbed the phone out of her hands and set it in my lap.

“Don’t you dare. Don’t even think about it. This is one of my favorite bands.” I tell her as I switch into a different lane. She smiled and began to sing softly along with the words.

I was planning on taking her to a sushi place that I was a regular to. Any time I was home for an extended period of time I went there at least once a week. The owner loved me and made me feel like family. I just hoped she liked sushi.

“So where are you taking me? She asks looking out the window at the buildings passing by?

“It’s a surprise.” I smirk at her. She giggles and tolls her eyes. Even doing the littlest things this girl was adorable.

I slowed down and turned on my blinker before pulling into the parking lot. I parked the car and hurried around to open her door. I offer her my hand and she takes it. My skin heats up when she places her hand in mine.

“Such a gentleman.” She joked. I nod.

“My momma taught me well. What’s that saying? Know when to hold her hand, know when to pull her hair. Or something like that.” I blush. She begins to walk toward the door and she trails her hand across my chest.

“Someone likes rough sex.” She says biting her lip and giving me a look that indicated that she did as well. That single gesture was enough to make my knees weak. It had been a very long time since a girl had, had this effect on me.

“Who doesn’t every now and then?” I replied as we walked inside.

I hear her name being called and looked to where it was coming from. Kim, the owner, was rushing toward her. Mikey engulfed him in a tight hug.

“Where have you been? You haven’t come to see me in ages. I was starting to think you didn’t love me anymore.” He says before looking at me. “Austin! What are you doing here? Do my two favorite customers know each other?”

She giggled again. That sound was amazing I could listen to that all day long.

“We are getting there. I modeled for his clothing line earlier today. We decided to grab some food. And I am sorry it has been so long since I have been in. work has been crazy. So I’ve been modeling and then sleeping.” She tells him. He smiles at her before grabbing two menus and seating us in a booth next to the aquarium.

“You two enjoy. If you need anything just let me know.” He tells us before walking away.

“So you love tattoos, Star Wars, Slipknot, rough sex, and Sushi. You are so close to being perfect it’s not even funny.” I smirk at her.

She smiles at me before shaking her head and looking at the menu. I took this opportunity to stare openly at her. Her eyes were green but had a blue tint to them. They were also darker around the outer rim.

Her hair, which I thought was black, was actually really dark purple. It had to have just the right lighting for you to see it though. She wore a tank top and shorts showing off her many colorful tattoos. She looked to be about 5’7”. Which was still on the shorter side for a model, but perfect height for me. Short enough to be able to wear heels and not be taller than me and tall enough so I didn’t have to hunch down to kiss her.

“Your staring is starting to creep me out.” She said without lifting her eyes from the menu. I apologized as the waiter came over to take our order.

Good going Austin. Way to make yourself look like an idiot.
