The End Of Time

Chapter Thirty-Six
Austin
When the guys and I had arrived back to the hospital Alan was on his phone and Brooks was asleep.
"How was she?" I asked sitting next to her grabbing her hand.
Alan looked up, "Pretty good. You might hate me cause I helped her walk around a little."
Looking up at him I shook my head and just let it go. As long as she was now laying in bed and relaxed I'm perfectly fine.
Brooks was just peaceful and didn't seem to be in any pain or at least that I could tell. I was just so excited to see my babies being born. They were going to be gorgeous just like their mommy. Sometimes I wonder if it was right for us to be having children so early in our lives together but it was everything I could ever want.
A nurse came in and checked on her vitals and to see how dilated she was but there wasn't much change there and it could be hours until there was. So I just held onto my wife's hand and closed my eyes allowing myself to fall asleep knowing she was okay.

*Time Skip (about 3 hours)*
I woke up feeling slight pressure and it was very uncomfortable. Looking down at my hand I pulled it out of Austin's and shook him.
"Aus, wake up." I said trying to get someone to help me. No one was in the room but us and it wasn't helping my situation with the contractions coming more often.
He just moved some and turned his head. This really wasn't the time for him to be ignoring me we have years for this.
"Austin Robert Carlile if you don't..." I didn't finish the sentence when I screamed some.
Austin shot up and looked at me, "What? What is it?"
"Babies coming now." I yelled and he stood there just watching before it caught onto him and he got up running out of the room.
Putting my hand on my stomach I was in the worst pain I have ever felt worse than being shot. This wasn't what I needed right now and now I see what women were talking about. I felt like I was going to be ripped apart.
Austin came back in with Dr.Asher and a couple nurses. "Well your twins are ready to be welcomed into the world."
Nodding I just looked at him, "Yes, now let's get them out."
Austin came over and grabbed my hand just as everyone got situated.
"When I say push I want you to push to the count of ten." Dr.Asher said and I nodded.
"One, two, three, push now." He said and I squeezed Austin's hand pushing. This made me feel like I was dying. And after ten minutes of pushing I finally heard what I was waiting to hear. The cry of my baby.
"Baby A is a wonderful baby boy!" A nurse said handing him to me as I cried and helped Austin cut the cord.
Taking him from just as another contraction hit and I was ready to push my other baby out.
"Alright same thing ready? One, two, three." Dr. Asher said and I bit my lip pushing as I squeezed Austin's hand again. It hurt a lot more than the first put seemed to be easier.
Five minutes later another beautiful cry happened.
"Baby Bis a beautiful baby girl!" Dr.Asher said handing her to me and Austin cut the cord again.
They took the twins to get cleaned up and helped me as well. It was just content knowing everything was okay and beautiful.
"You did amazing Brooks." Austin whispered kissing my head.
I looked up at him and smiled, "I love you."
Austin smiled and kissed me, "I love you too."
I was just happy to have my family.
*Time Skip*
I woke up to seeing Austin and a lot of other people in the room gushing about the twins. It seemed to be later in the day and I was sore and very tired.
"Look mommy is awake!" Phil said as he turned looking at me. Then I has everyone turning around to see me as I smiled some.
"Why don't we leave the new parents alone and go get gifts." Aaron said handing me my baby boy as everyone agreed and left the room.
Austin came and sat down next to me being careful as he held our little girl. I watched as she yawned and moved closer to him.
"What are we going to name them?" I asked looking up at him as I moved our son so he was more comfortable. Austin looked at both of them thinking just like I was. I didn't want just an average name for them cause they came into the world through a not average circumstance.
"How about Bentley Maxwell for our son." Aus said looking at me. I smiled looking at him and repeated the name as he moved around and made somewhat of a smile.
"Alright, now what about Courtland Amelia for our daughter." I said looking at her. She moved around a lot and it was settled for both of us. Bentley Maxwell Carlile and Courtland Amelia Carlile were both of our pride and joy. Just our little family.

Alright so I was going to write more but I thought is was where it should end. Next chapter will be them getting released from the hospital and on the tour bus to home. I made sure this was a long as I could for you all I felt like you deserved to have a long chapter after a billion of short chapters. Let me know what you thought.
