Chapter Ninety-One

Austin

I was sitting side stage with my arms around Brooklyn as we waited for them to go on.

She was doing vocal warm ups, drinking lots of water, and eating grapes.

It was Saturday and next week was the last week of Warped then we would be going

home to my old for a little till we bought a new house.

"Make sure if you need more water you look at me and do like a nod or something." I

said and kissed her cheek.

"I know I know." Brooklyn said and turned around in my arms looking at me.

I shrugged smiling as I kissed her stomach. "Just watching out for you guys."

Brooklyn nodded and pulled away from me as she walked over to the rest of her band.

They did their two minute warning talk.

"Let's go out there and do what we do best! Even with Brooks over here pregnant like

crazy she shows us no matter what we can do it!" Drew yelled.

Brooklyn hit him shaking her head. "Come on really? Okay let's do this for all those kids

out there! This is there home here with us just like this was our home when we were

younger!"

"We are, we are, we are at The End Of Time!"

Drew ran out and up to his drums as their intro music started. I watched as Brooklyn

took a deep breath and drank the rest of her water grabbing another from a tech person.

Aleah, Matthew, and Chris ran out then all the eyes backstage fell on Brooklyn.

She shook out her arms fixing her in-ears as Gabe handed her, her mic. "Kill it babe!" I

said.

Brooklyn looked back at me and smiled as I winked. They started their first song and

Brooks began to sing as she walked out on the stage and that's when the crowd erupted.

This set was awesome! It was great that everyone was still up and jumping even though

I could only do so much.

"So how are you liking the set Denver?" I asked which cued the screaming.

Walking forward some more I smiled. "So this new song is kinda new but not really if

you have our new album."

"This one is called Speechless."

The fans cheered and that brought a smile to my face.

Brooklyn(Me): It's a mystery, too good to be true.

I find my purpose when I look at you.

I bleed transparent.

It's not the way I choose, but it's only when I'm vulnerable my true colors shine

through.

Starving artist, no match for a queen, but walls come down & love's limitless when you

find what's meant to be.

Supernatural, it's more than what we see.

A trust that can't be broken seemed impossible to me, but I've tasted true love & I

believe!

We finished and the rush was great.

I looked at the crowd and turned my hand in a circle which had them screaming and

moving so there was a huge circle in the middle.

Then I shook my head, that was odd no one ever goes in the middle until we hit a big

part of the song.

Shaking my head I shook it off thinking it was nothing until all I heard was screaming.

Then I felt something hit me but I was sure where the pain was too much.

"Brooklyn!"

"Some call 911."

I tried to focus but there was to much going on and I was really tired. Someone grabbed

my hand and kissed my head.

"Shh it's okay."

I wanted to answer them back but I couldn't.

Sorry it's short but this needed to happen and I actually tried writing this a couple different ways but it didn't work out well with the longer written out chapter. So what do you think?
