i bolt up rubbing my head. just another bad dream.i look at the clock because Justin is supposed to be at 4:00 along with Avery and Mac. i see its 6:00 pm.

"shit mike!! Justin was supposed to be here at 4:00!" i say picking out a slipknot cutoff and old navy khaki cargo pants.

i throw them at mike and he laughs at me. "what?'' i ask and he shakes his head and asks for boxers. i throw him a marvel pair and start to pick out my outfit. i pull my hair up, adding a bandanna. i walk over to my jewelry box and pick out the locket Justin gave me the day of my 5th birthday


FLAHSBACK

''malaki have something for you!!" Justin says coming in my room. i was in a my prom dress. yes my birthday was on prom.

''yeah come in!" i reply. our parents were out of town so i could go. he comes in with a tux on hat matched my dress, and a phantom of the opera mask.

yes my own brother was my date.

''whoa sis, you look beautiful.'' he says standing there exasperated.i noticed something hung from his hand.

''im ready.'' i say but he stops me and turns me around.

''open this when you found the guy of your dreams okay? whenever, where ever.'' he said putting the golden shell on my neck.

''Justin, you didn't have too'' i said tearing up. ''yeah i did. now hold out your hand.'' and i did as demanded. he put a white rose on my wrist and a skull ring on.

i pulled out the necklace and the ring and slip it on. ''okay lets go.'' i say smiling. Mike pulled me in close and picked me up and spun me around.

''i love you. i didn't think you heard me the first time cause you were asleep. but i love you so much. its indescribable how much i care for you, about you. i love you.'' he says and i kiss him and dont let his lips go until there is a knock on the door. ''yeah?'' i ask and here come waltzing in is my brother.

''hold on.' i say to mike and he nods.

''JUSTIN!!!" i scream/cry running towards him. ''hey baby sis.'' he said embracing my hug, but he can so he falls to the floor.


''its been hell without you here i thought you died.'' i said crying into his shoulder, still on the ground. ''okay tell me that is mike Fuentes in your bed room smiling at us.'' my brother said pushing me off him.
''hey!! i haven't seen you in two years, and you think about my boyfriend!!??" i say pouting on the ground.

''oh shut the hell up.'' he says pulling me up.

''mike this is my brother Jeremiah but he goes but Justin.'' i said wrapping my arm aorund mike.

''nice too meet you, i am a really big fan.'' he says smiling. ''but if you hurt my sister ill hurt you.'' he says and mikes smiles faded. ''Justin!' i exclaim.

''you cant just scare him away!'' i say grabbing mikes waist. ''yeah well you did it to Mel.'' he said in a mocking matter.

''well then, ill make sure she hurts me instead.'' mike says winking. ''wha? never!'' i say back.

'hes really fucking tall and muscly and scary.'' mike says in my head. 'yeah so, lets go downstairs.'' i say dragging my two guys with me. 'mike, hes really sweet.' i say back and he gives my ass a light squeeze when my brother wasn't looking.

''hey mike, can i talk to my sister alone for a bit?'' Justin asks. and mike nods going downstairs.

''did you remember what i said about that locket?'' he asks and i nod. ''why didn't you open it yet? i can tell with you and mike, that you two are in love.''he says and i let out a big relieved sigh. ''i thought you were going to tell me to stay away from hm.'' i say.

''i would never take away your happiness.'' he says. ''ill open it later okay?'' i say and he nods.

i walk down the stairs with my brother's arm draped around my shoulders. ''you meet everyone?'' i ask when i see that we are having a barbecue outside. he nods.

''its weird, so are you still dancing? and surfing and playing volleyball?'' he asks walking out the door.

''mike found out this morning that i was in the crew. he caught me dancing with my mask and with OMG I SAW SWAGGIE AND TRANSFORMER THIS MORNING!'' i say and he smiles at my excitement.

''i play grass and beach sometimes with kalia and i surf a lot.'' i say. i walk over too the girll and start it up.




''oh you guys are having a barbecue without us?''
