A Sequel to an Alan Ashby Fanfiction

We had been at the carnival for fifteen minutes and I had already had six photos with OMAM fans. They were all lovely to me!
“Oh my god, you’re even prettier in real life!”
“I’m so happy for you and Alan!”
“You guys deserve each other!”
And honestly, after reading a lot of hateful comments about me, these kind words were exactly what I needed.
“Alan! Come here!” I smiled as I took out my phone, signalling I wanted a photo. Alan leaned into the shot and I snapped the photo. As I viewed the photo I couldn’t help but notice how much we complemented each other, its like we were made for each other. The photo was cute, Alan pulled a duck face and I had my tongue out and was winking at the photo. We will forever be 5 year olds I guess. I uploaded the photo onto Instagram as I walked next to Alan.
“Let’s go on that ride!” Alan squealed like a five year old. I looked up to where Alan had pointed and saw a massive rollercoaster called ‘death wish’.
“Oi Alan! Good joke.” I said, “There is no way you’re getting me on that.”
“Yeah bro, I’m gonna stick with the spinning tea cups.” Austin joked. Austin couldn’t ride rollercoasters because of his heart condition.
“Babies!” Alan stuck his tongue out at me and Austin as he ran towards the rollercoaster with Aaron, Phil and Tino.
“I’ve had a boyfriend for two weeks and now he’s gonna die.” I laughed as I shook my head.
“Aw Vic! You’ll always have me!” Austin cooed.
“Aww shucks Austin!” I playfully swatted his arm, “When are you going to get a girlfriend anyways?” I asked.
“Just haven’t found the right one! After Gielle, I’ve been put off by women.” Austin said.
“We’re not all cheating scumbags ya know” I laughed.
“I know, I know!” Austin laughed with me, “But it’s hard to find a genuine girl for me, being in a famous band. A lot would just date me for my fame or my irresistible good looks.”
“Ooh hard life buddy!” Austin and I laughed again. “I should introduce you to a friend of mine, my best friend actually, she’s amazing!”
Austin looked at me suspiciously, thinking about what he was getting into before he agreed. I opened up Instagram and got into her account and showed Austin my best friend, Chantelle.
“She’s actually pretty hot!” Austin exclaimed in surprise.
“Hell yeah she is!” I smiled, “when this tour finishes, I’ll have to get you to meet her! She’s so lovely!”
“Definitely!” Austin nodded enthusiastically.
Austin and I walked over to a place where we had a good view of the ‘death wish’ and waited until it started. A few moments later we heard a ring of bells, indicating that the roller coaster was starting now.
Holy fuck was that fast! I was getting tingles just looking at it, at same stages of the ride I had a clear view of Alan’s face, the expression we had was indescribable. The best way I could describe it was;
“This roller coaster looked really cool but I had no idea it went this fast and I’m kinda freaking but my girlfriends watching so I need to play it cool.”
Austin and I giggled whilst we were watching Alan’s expressions throughout the roller coaster but we were interrupted when a fan approached us.
“You’re Austin Carlile!” She said in a whisper.
“I sure am! What’s your name?” Austin smiled at her.
“Tiffany, do you mind if I get a photo with you?” She asked, a bit more confidently this time as she grabbed her phone from her pocket.
“Oh yeah sure!” Austin smiled at her again as he leaned in and took a few photos with her.
“Want me to take one of the two of you?” I asked and the girl, Tiffany, looked at me and registered who I was.
“Oh my god, you’re Victoria! Um, yes please, if you don’t mind.” Tiffany gushed.
I took her phone and got a few photos of Austin and Tiffany together and handed her phone back to her.
“Do you mind if I get a photo with you as well?” Tiffany asked shyly.
“Of course!” I beamed at her as I leaned in for a photo with her, “You know, Alan, Tino and Phil are going to be off this ride in a few minutes, did you want to wait with me and Austin and get a photo when they’re off?”
Tiffany’s face was priceless;
“Yes! That would mean the world to me! Of Mice And Men are my favourite band!” She turned to Austin, “Your music has helped me through so much!”
Austin pulled her into a big hug and kissed her cheek;
“Thank you Tiff! That means so much to me! I’m glad our music has helped you!” Austin said as he released her and Tiffany stood in-between me and Austin.
“So how old are you?” I asked her.
“I’m 17” She smiled at me.
“Ah, I remember when I was 17.” I smiled at the memories, “I did nothing. All I did was go to school and sleep. But now I’m an adult.” I made my face look disappointed and Tiffany laughed.
“Yes, but you’re dating one of the hottest guys alive!” She said.
“Ah, when you put it that way, I guess adulthood isn’t so bad.” I chuckled. Austin patted my arm and pointed to the ride, it had finished and the people were getting off.
“Ready to meet the rest of the band?” I said to Tiffany.
“I’ve been ready for years!” Tiffany smiled at me.
I spotted Alan walking with Tino, Aaron and Phil.
“So how was it?” I asked Alan as he planted a kiss on my cheek.
“It was…. Fast.” He said, “Who’s your friend?” Alan instantly smiled at Tiffany.
“This is Tiffany, she’s a fan. I told her to wait with us until you guys got off the ride so she could meet you all.” I smiled, “I’ll leave you guys alone with her, I’m just gonna grab something to eat. You want anything?” Alan shook his head but Austin and Tino piped up, saying they wanted fairyfloss.
As I walked to the stall that sold fairyfloss, I took out my phone and went onto Instagram, instantly my notifications blew up.

2895 likes.”
I decided to flick through some of the comments but instantly regretted it.
“Ew. You don’t deserve someone as kind hearted as Alan.”
“I hope Alan finds a real woman soon.”
“Yuck, you look horrible. I thought bandmembers had hot girlfriends.”
Were just a few of the mean comments people had left me.
I bought the fairyfloss and sadly walked back to Alan and the others.
