Predictable Ways
Prologue.
The first time I met Austin Carlile was around 2005 when I was nine, and he was twenty-one. He spent a lot of time with my dad; Daniel Górniak, Attack! Attack!'s manager back then.
I always admired him, really. He was funny, cute and nice. I didn't see much of him after Attack! Attack! and dad went their own separate ways in 2008, when I was thirteen.
To be honest, I don't recall seeing him again until I was almost sixteen, which now feels like a lifetime away, although it's only been a year and a few months. I noticed him in a more romantic manner around that time, but my story started at 15, in early 2010, when I got to know Max Green, who was 22 at the time.
Max... Maxwell Green was a whole different world from my sheltered life. He got me into drugs, alcohol, sex; everything a fifteen year old shouldn't be doing. And when everything came crashing down, he wasn't there to help me; he was having the time of his life on tour.
Austin Carlile was the first person to reach out a hand when I needed it. He was the one who taught me so much more about life, and helped me mature. He helped me to let go of the past and leave that sad junkie I was, behind.
Although he was always more of a brotherly figure to me, the chemistry between us was undeniable, no matter what the consequences. I always knew it was star-crossed, I swear. I always knew nothing would come of us. But my false hope and childish belief in fairytales never left me.

I own Karolina, Izabela and Daniel Górniak and Oliwia Michałowska, along with any other original character, this is based on my experiences. The only stuff that isn't accurate is Karolina's family. My dad is a prick, I have a loving Mum, and two younger brothers. Whilst Karolina has a lovely dad, her Mum is dead and she has a younger sister. And of course; as much as I wish I did, I do not own any of these band members or famous people.
This story is set mainly between 2010-2012.
