-Austin’s POV-

The plan was about to go down tonight. We had just finished our set and I had showered.

Now, here I was sitting on the bus wrapping my head around what was going to happen.

Lauren was out with Scarlett and I wonder how Scarlett would handle this.

I had come to terms that I had been betrayed yet again.

The door opened to our bus and Alan walked on.

“I’m sorry” he suddenly said.

“What? Alan what the hell are you sorry about?” I questioned.

“How everyone that you love betrays you in some way.” He said.

“Alan. Don’t, it’s not your fault.”

“I took Scar away from you…”

“No you didn’t Alan. Stop. This all happened for some reason or another okay? I don’t blame you.” I said looking him in the eyes.

“You’re too kind Austin. You don’t deserve all this shit.”
“I thought gingers weren’t suppose to have souls?” I said.

We both laughed.

“Guess I’m an exception” he said.

All of us were at the party. Lauren and Vic were missing. Tony was distracting Scarlett. I saw Mike nod that it was time.

Mike had told me that Lauren and Vic were planning on getting away from the crowds because they needed some alone time, barf, so here Alan, Mike, and myself were headed to the bus to expose them.

We had reached Pierce’s bus. Mike was about to unlock the door. I felt so sick.

Mike opened the door and motioned me to go first. I went, Mike followed, along with Alan.

We heard the moans.

Then there were arms pushing through all of us, Scarlett.

I tried to grab her but it was too late. She headed to the back lounge and all hell broke loose.

We decided to sit in the front lounge.

“How the fuck could you do this to me Victor!” Scarlett yelled.

Then she came running out with tears in her eyes and I just wanted to hold her. He came after her in his boxers. His face was priceless when he saw the rest of us.

“Are you happy Carlile?!” he yelled.

“No. You’re the one who betrayed Scarlett.” I said.

“Scar, please” Vic said to her and tried to hug her.

“Don’t fucking touch me. I fucking quit as TM. I want nothing to do with you Victor.” She said.

“You’re a stupid whiny bitch anyway Scar. Vic is so much better off without you.” Lauren said coming from the back.

My jaw dropped at what just came out of her mouth.

“Austy, you didn’t think I actually liked you, did you?” she said and laughed.

I clenched my fists, I felt my range, the hate, the pain; it all came back.

Tony stood in the doorway, shocked at what he was hearing.

“What’s your reason Vic, huh?” Tony spat.

“She loves Austin.” He said.

I felt like the walls were closing in on me, my anxiety was unbearable and I got off the bus. I knew what was happening. I was having a panic attack.

-Alan’s POV-

I needed to go after Austin, he didn’t look so well, but I knew that he needed to process all of this.

Scar was packing some of her things to stay on our bus for a couple days. I knew Austin would want me to keep her safe, and that’s exactly what I planned to do.

Vic and Mike were arguing. Tony was helping Scar. This was insane.

Neither Scar nor Austin deserved this.

Tony and Scar came with her duffel bag. I took it from Tony.

“Take care of her and I’ll deal with this.” Tony said.

I nodded.

“Ready?” I asked Scar.

“Yeah. We need to find Austin though, he didn’t look well.” She said.

“Okay let’s go” I said.
