-Austin’s POV-

She disappeared. I knew it and everyone else refused to believe that’s what she meant in that note she left.

It’s been a week. No one’s heard from her. Hell if I knew Scarlett, she’d probably even change her name just so we couldn’t find her. I didn’t want to let her go. I love her with everything that I’ve got, but if this is what she wants then I’m accepting it.

The guys were going out to a bar tonight and were actually letting me go which was surprising considering I nearly drank myself to my death. I’m only allowed one beer but hey it’s something.

Currently, we were on a plane flying somewhere. We’ve had quite the ordeal getting to this point so that’s why everyone deserved a night out at the bar when we landed.

Alan was sitting next to me and I could tell he was upset. I really didn’t want to ask why because I’d be stuck to him for the next two hours.

“Dammit” he said.

“What’s wrong?” I regrettably asked.

“Tony and Erin said that her apartment is untouched. She threw out majority of her food and they won’t say how many months she paid for her rent.”

“I told you she disappeared Alan.” I said, I was allowed to be a dick about this.

“She wouldn’t do that, she barely has any money Austin!” he said.

“How’d she fly to Paris then?” I asked.

“I arranged it. This is why it’s my fault!” Alan said a little louder.

“You still love her don’t you asshole?” I asked him, that’s why he wanted to know she was okay didn’t he.

“Well don’t you?” he said.

I wanted to punch him; apparently I still can’t control my anger.

“Exactly. As soon as this tour is over I’m tracking her down.” Alan said when I just sat in silence.

“You idiot, she doesn’t want to be found. She’s been through too much shit and she wants to start over. Hell if I could do that, I would as well.” I said and put my headphones in completely done with this conversation that was getting nowhere.

Finally I was at the bar with my second beer, because after dealing with Alan I needed it. Some random dude sat next to me. He looked like a douche.

“Ah I know who you are” he said and laughed, what the fuck.

“Excuse me?” I asked.

“You’re one of those big guys who thinks they’re all cool cause they’re in a band. You’ve probably slept with countless women, have a nice mansion, car, and you’re rich as hell. You also probably do drugs, and smoke and all that shit.” He said, who the fuck did this guy think he was?

“You know nothing about me man.” I said calmly.

“What’s your name? I’ll google you and prove my point.” He said.

I knew what was going to come up, but I gave him my name anyway. “Austin Carlile” I said.

I finished my beer, and was about to go for another when this asshole started speaking again.

“Ah says here that you were found guilty of a misdemeanor assault, and that you cheated on your ex-wife. You aren’t a good man. In a band probably brain washing poor children with your stupid words, all you are is a little boy who needs a lesson taught!” he said.

I lost it, this man knows nothing about me, I punched him and he punched back. We started fighting, since I was taller then him I had the advantage so I started beating the shit out of him. I literally took all my anger out on him. I heard Alan yell at me to stop, while Phil and Tino tried to rip me off of him, but the monster in me was out and he couldn’t be stopped.

When the man was barely fighting back I stopped. I felt terrible and I just wanted out of that bar.

Unfortunately, someone called the cops. Next thing I knew I was getting arrested again, probably on the same charge. Suddenly, I didn’t care again, but part of me hoped that Scarlett would hear about this where ever she was. I didn’t do it for that reason; hell she’ll probably be mad at me. Off to jail I went.
