Alan POV

The police already took my statement, Austin was about to go to the station and give his. Tyler's DNA was found inside me, so he is surely to be prosecuted for statutory rape, since I am 17. I was doing alright, I was surprised how much strength I have to get through all this.

Austin called me, said they were bringing Tyler in this afternoon and Josh will be questioned about knowing that Tyler was going to try and rape me. If that is correct, he is an accomplice and will also be prosecuted like Tyler. I could only wait. Days were long, I was bored. I did some homework Austin brought to the hospital, I couldn't let him do it, he was already running around, taking care of things. Aaron, Tino and Phil came to see me a few times and finally I got to go home. I could walk by myself, Austin and my parents came and picked me up. So I was back home in my bed in no time.

''So, we have to be on court tomorrow at 1pm sharp. When all this is over, we're taking a long weekend off. I'm taking you to the seaside on Friday and we're staying till Sunday evening. Then my dad's gonna pick us up.'' He said.
''Thanks Austin, I can't thank you enough for being here for me.'' He tucked me in and sat right next to me on the bed.
''Always, my ginger princess. I promised you and myself that they're going to pay and I did everything I could. We just have to confirm our statements and that's it.''
''Alright, are you staying over?'' I asked.
''Do you want me to?''
''I'd like that.''
''Then I'm staying over.''
''Thanks Austin.'' I covered his legs with a blanket. He squeezed behind me, hugging me, so I could rest some more. We have a big day tomorrow.

''The Jury finds Tyler Carter guilty of statutory rape. Josh Franceschi was recognized as an accomplice, knowing what Mr. Carter's purpose was. We also find him guilty as charged.'' The juror said.

''Alright, will the defendants rise up.'' Said the judge. ''Mr. Carter, you are found guilty of statutory rape and are sentenced to 18 months in state prison. As for you Mr. Franceschi, you are also found guilty of participating in this act of crime and are sentenced to one year in state prison. The trial is now over.'' She finished and they were both taken away, out of my sight. I didn't even look at them, I just didn't care anymore. What matters is that they'll be gone and out of my life.

''It's all over sweety, come on. Let's get you home.'' My mom said and put her arm around me.
''No... can Austin please take me out for a drink?'' I asked. Austin stepped closer to me and held my hand.
''Sure, honey. Austin, is that alright?'' She asked. He nodded and smiled. I knew we were all so relieved this was finally over.

''Come on princess, let's get you fat.'' He kissed my forehead and we slowly walked out of the courtroom.
