Unlikely encounters

I called 911 immediatley telling the operator that my girlfriend had been kidnapped and in 5 minutes herds of police officers were in my house.

"She went to the market just a few blocks away and she never came home. A few minutes ago I got a call and it was her ex boyfriend telling me that he had taken her, but before I could say anything he had hung up." I said, trying to hold back my tears.

"Aleight, mr Carlile, I believe it is, could you describe your girlfriend for is?" One of the male officers asked me.

"Um yea, she has black hair, it's about up to the middle of her back. She has green eyes, really beautiful. Pale skin, she's like 5'6. Oh, and she's pregnant." I added

"And your the father?" The officer asked

"No, I'm not actually. The baby's father is her exes best friend." I said.

"So, it's safe to say the motive is clear." One of the female officers said.

"But you have to understand, this man is dangerous. He can't hurt Kenzie. We.... We haven't been back together long enough. I need her and the baby to be safe." I said.

"Don't worry mr.carlile. We will do everything we can to bring her back to you. Mackenzie and her baby." She said.

"No, it's my baby too. It's our baby." I said.

It was true. Kenzie and I agreed. It was our baby. It was our girl.
