Innocence is just a lie.

The doorbell rung signalling, and this is just me hoping, the pizza was here. Because if it wasn't the pizza it was one of Kellin's friends. If his friends were anything like him I think I'd die. "Em! Food's here" Kellin yelled from the doorway of the living room as he ventured in further, I was still in the kitchen, trying desperately to rekindle my thoughts. Sadly, I knew I had to join him-partially because he'd say I was misbehaving and we all know what happens when I do that, but I was also very hungry and I can't be bothered to deal with either consequences of my actions. So I slowly trailed into the living room, my conscience pleading at me to do otherwise, but I went against my better judgements completely as I sat down on the plush cream sofa assigned in its rightful place in front of the tv. I was handed a box of pizza- the other box seated neatly on his lap. Silently, I begun to eat my pizza quite happily as it was my favourite- just plain cheese. "Wanna watch a movie?" The silence that had wrapped around us was broken by the sound leaving his lips. "Uh, sure" I shrugged as he reached for the remote already knowing the film we were watching. I swear he has a plan- a very fucked up plan. Much to my favour he picked a horror movie- one I'm very fond of, evil dead.

i purposely chose the movie, hoping that halfway through it she'd be terrified. Boy was I wrong, after we finished our pizza she had comfortably sat with her legs crossed completely engrossed in the screenplay. Well, that plan failed. The film finally ended, leaving me completely horrified and her happily exiting to go to sleep with the claim that she had school in the morning.
