The sun had descended and rose by the time Kellin returned home, except it wasn't Kellin-he wasn't himself.
He reeked of alcohol and weed, the scent churning my stomach as he leaned in for a kiss; rejecting him straight away.

Is this what he's been doing?
Getting off his face?

I scowled at him before gripping his arm and dragging him to the shower-forcing his stumbling feet barely keeping him standing. He sat himself down, crossing his legs and staring up at me with those puppy dog eyes. Without another thought to it I reached in and set the cold water off, watching as he sobered up a little- more than enough to fix himself up now.
With one last glare I strode out of the room, ignoring his calls for me to return.

"Get back here!" He yelled, the water shutting off before his footsteps followed mine.

"Why? Why would you do that?" I frowned at him as he clasped his hand around my arm, turning me around to face him, his eyes searching mine- mine glaring right back.
"I-I wasn't thinking..I needed to get my mind off the baby-from everything" His lip quivered, as his eyes filled with tears.
